Aloo Bhaja Recipe
Ingredients
1. Potatoes (4large)
2. oil (4tbsp)
3. finely chopped green chilies (3 optional)
4. salt (to taste)
5. black cumin seeds (1tsp)
6. dry red chili (1)
7. turmeric powder (1/2tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take potatoes, peel them and cut them into thin strips in a bowl. Keep the bowl aside. Take a flat pan, place it over heat. Heat oil in it and fry red chili in it.
2. When it starts breaking and turns to black in color then add cumin seeds in it. Fry the seeds until they get crackle. Now add the potato strips, green chilies and turmeric powder in it.
3. Fry the potatoes for about 20 seconds on high heat and then reduce the heat and cook them until they get soft. Then add salt in it and mix it well. Now the dish is ready serve it hot with dal and rice.
