Bhaingan Bhaja Recipe
Ingredients
1. Brinjals (4)
2. mustard oil (1/2c)
3. turmeric powder (2tsp)
4. salt (to taste)
5. dry red chilies (4)
6. red chili powder (2tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take brinjals, wash them and then cut them in round pieces. Take a bowl, put the brinjal pieces in it and add salt, turmeric powder and chili powder in it. Mix this mixture well and then keep it aside for about an hour.
2. Take a pan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and then add brinjal pieces in it. Fry them on medium flame until they get soft.
3. Now take off the pan from heat and remove the brinjal pieces from the pan and place them on paper towel to absorb the extra oil. Now the dish is ready to serve. Serve it hot with rice.
