Bhapa Chingri Recipe

Ingredients
Prawn (10 to 12 pieces), sugar (to taste), coconut paste (1/2coconut), mustard oil (100gms), turmeric powder (2tsp), salt (to taste), chopped green chilies (10 to 12), paste of chili and white mustard (5tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
bhapa-chingri-recipeTake prawn pieces, wash them and then soak them in salted water for about 5 minutes. Take a bowl, mix coconut paste, salt and sugar and mustard paste and turmeric powder in it. Now take out the prawn pieces from the water and keep them to dry. Then put them in the coconut mixture to marinate. Take banana leaf place the prawn piece on it. Take chopped chili and spread it on prawn piece and place another banana leaf on it. Then place it in a pressure cooker and then cook it for about 10 minutes. Now the dish is ready to serve.
