Ghungni Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chopped tomato (1)
2. soaked white peas (2c)
3. grated ginger (1tsp)
4. crushed garlic (1tsp)
5. chopped onion (1/2c)
6. oil (1/2c)
7. garam masala (1tsp)
8. coriander powder (1/2tsp)
9. salt (to taste)
10. cumin seed powder (1/2tsp)
11. chopped onion and coriander leaves (for garnish)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take soaked white peas, boil them until they get soft. Take a pan, place it over heat. Heat oil in it and then fry onion, garlic and ginger in it until the onions turn brown in color.

2. Then add tomatoes and mix it well. Now add this masala to the boiled peas. Add coriander powder and cumin powder in it. Keep it to boil.

3. When it gets boiled then adds garam masala in it and mix it. When the dish gets ready then decorates it with chopped onion and coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
