Pineapple Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (1 3/4c)
2. eggs (2)
3. baking soda (1tsp)
4. sliced strawberries (for garnishing)
5. sugar (1 3/4 c)
6. crushed pineapple with juice (1can)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a baking pan of 9 x 13 inch. Grease and flour it. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except strawberries.
2. Now put this mixture in a baking pan and bake it in a preheated oven at 350° F. Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes till it is properly cooked. Let it cool and then ice it with favorite icing and garnish it with strawberries.
