Rainbow Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Strawberry jelly (1pkt)
2. lime jelly (1pkt)
3. lemon jelly (1pkt)
4. raspberry jelly (1pkt)
5. orange jelly (1pkt)
6. boiling water (5c)
7. cold water (2 1/2c)
8. whipped cream (1c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take each packet of jelly gelatin, dissolve it separately in one cup of boiling water. Then add ½ cup of cold water in each of them. Keep the rasbery gelatin to chill until it gets very thick.
2. Take a 9” spring form pan, smoothly line the sides of it with wax paper. Cut to extract 3 inches above the pan. Whip the raspberry gelatin until it gets fluffy. Now pour this mixture into the pan.
3. Keep the pan in the refrigerator to chill it or until it set but not firm. Chill, whip and layer the remaining flavors in the pan, keep each layer chill until sat but not firm before adding the next layer.
4. Keep this pan to chill overnight and loosen around the edges and then remove the sides of the pan and paper. Now take the whipped cream and spread it over the top and sides of the cake. Now the rainbow cake is ready.
