Pudina Chaas Recipe
Ingredients
Yogurt (1 1/2c), crushed dry mint leaves (1tsp), roasted cumin powder (1tsp), peeled ginger (1 inch piece), torn, fresh mint leaves (4tbsp), green chili (1), ice cubes (as required), sea salt (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
Take fresh mint leaves, ginger, green chilies and grind them with them with sea salt together to a coarse paste in a motar with a pestle. Put this paste in the yogurt and the blend it with roasted cumin powder and the four cups of water. Take four serving glasses and pour the chaas equally in them. Garnish the chaas with fresh mint leaves and serve it immediately. Enjoy this drink in summer.
