Egg Custard Recipe
Ingredients
1. Eggs (8)
2. vanilla (1tbsp)
3. milk (4c)
4. sugar (1c)
5. salt (1/2tsp)
6. nutmeg powder (for sprinkling)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, break eggs in it. Beat them by using a mixer or egg beater. Now add sugar, salt and vanilla to it. Add milk to the beaten eggs. Mix it properly.
2. Take the custard dishes and fill them with egg milk mixture. Then sprinkle the nutmeg powder on the top of each dish. Now put the custard dishes in the preheated oven at 375 degrees F.
3. After 50 minutes check the custard it should be brown in color otherwise keep it in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then take out the custard dishes from the oven. Now the egg custard is ready. Serve it hot or cold.
