Egg Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
1. Hard boiled eggs (6)
2. finely chopped green chilies (2)
3. finely chopped mint leaves (1tbsp)
4. finely chopped coriander leaves (1tbsp)
5. finely chopped onion (1small)
6. gram flour (2tsp)
7. black pepper powder (1/2tsp)
8. salt (to taste)
9. oil (for frying)
10. chili powder (1/4tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take hard boiled eggs, grate them finely. Mix the grated eggs with all the ingredients except oil. Mix them well and then knead to smooth dough. Divide it into 10 to 12 portions. Shape each portion of dough into flat round cutlets and then keep them aside.
2. Take a deep frying pan, heat oil in it. Fry the kebabs in hot oil few at a time until gets crispy or golden brown. Drain the kebabs ion the paper towel. Garnish the egg kebabs with onion rings and then serve them hot with mint chutney.
