Egg Khesh Recipe
Ingredients
1. Eggs (4)
2. peeled and cut into slices potato (1)
3. vegetable oil (2tbsp)
4. salt (to taste)
5. finely sliced onion (1small)
6. finely sliced capsicum (1)
7. sliced mushrooms (5)
8. black pepper (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan, heat oil in it. Lightly fry the onions, potato, capsicum and mushrooms separately.
2. Take a bowl, beat egg with salt and pepper to taste and then keep it aside. Take a dish, spray oil in it and then layer the potato slices, capsicum slices, mushrooms and onions in the dish.
3. Then pour the beaten eggs on the layers and then sprinkle some black pepper on it. Preheat the oven and place the dish inside the oven. Cook it until the eggs are cooked. Then take out the dish from the oven and serve it with toast and sausage.
