Egg Malai Masala Recipe

Ingredients
1. Eggs (6)
2. chopped onion (2)
3. green chilies (4)
4. ginger (1inch piece)
5. salt (to taste)
6. ghee or butter (2tbsp)
7. garam masala (1/2tsp)
8. milk (1/2c)
9. chopped curry leaves (as desired)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take eggs, boil them in a pan and then cut them into two pieces each. Make the paste of onions, green chilies and ginger by blending them in a blender.

2. Take a pan, heat ghee in it and then fry the paste in it until the gets golden in color. Add the boiled egg pieces and fry them for few minutes. Then add the milk, salt and cook until the bubbles appears in the milk.

3. Now add the chopped curry leaves and then cook until the gravy gets thickens. When it gets ready then sprinkles a little garam masala powder on the top and then serve with paratha or pulao.
