Egg Tikka Recipe
Ingredients
1. Hard boiled eggs (6)
2. Boiled potatoes (3)
3. bread crumbs (1c)
4. black pepper powder (3tsp)
5. raw egg whites (3)
6. chopped coriander leaves (a bunch)
7. oil (for frying)
8. salt (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl; beat the eggs whites in it. Take another bowl, mashed the boiled potatoes in it and then add the salt and pepper powder to the mashed potatoes. Mix them well.
2. Take boiled eggs, cut them into halves. Then cover the halved eggs with the potato paste and dip into the beaten egg white. Take some breadcrumbs in a plate. Roll the dipped egg over the breadcrumbs.
3. Take a frying pan, heat oil in it. Deep fry the eggs in the hot oil until get golden brown. Drain the fried egg tikka on the paper towel. Garnish them with chopped coriander leaves and then serve them hot with chutney.
