Scotch Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
Eggs (4), chopped onions (50gms), pepper powder (1/4tsp), lemon (1), potatoes (150gms), maida or all purpose flour (25gms), oil (for frying), salt (to taste), bread powder (50gms), cilantro (2small bunches), toaster sauce (3tsp) and meat (250gms).
Method of preparation:-
Take 3 eggs, boil them and then remove their shells. Sprinkle the 1 teaspoon of maida flour on the boiled eggs and then keep them aside. Take a vessel, boil kheem a in it. Squeeze all the water from the kheema and then keep it aside. Take a pan, heat oil in it. Fry onions in the pan, along with kheema, salt, pepper powder, capsica sauce and toaster sauce and cook it for 10 minutes. Now take off the pan from the heat. Take potatoes, boil them, peel and mash them and then add them to the kheema. Add cilantro, lemon juice to this mixture and then apply it around the boiled eggs as a thick layer. Take a bowl, beat the remaining eggs with a fork in it. Soak the kheema egg in it and then roll it in the bread powder. Fry it in the hot oil until it gets golden brown. Drain it and serve it with tomato sauce.
