Scrumbled Eggs with Bindi Recipe
Ingredients
Eggs (3), bindi (30), cooking oil (1tbsp), green chilly (3-4) and salt (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
Take bindi, wash it and then dry it with dry napkin. Then slice bindi to ½ inch slices. Take green chilies and cut into small slices. Take a pan, heat oil in it add sliced green chilies and bindi in the pan and cook it over medium heat. Stir it frequently until the bindi is cooked. Take a bowl, break eggs in it and then beat them well. Take another pan, heat it and then add the beaten eggs in the pan with little salt and scrumble it. Now add this scrumbled egg to the cooked bindi. Mix it well and then serve it hot with rice or rotis.
