Mutton Kolhapuri Recipe
Ingredients
Mutton (1kg), turmeric powder (1tsp), kolhapuri masala (4tsp), ginger (1), fried lavangi chillies (3), fresh coriander leaves, garam masala (1tbsp), garlic cloves (4), kolhapuri masala (4tsp), chopped onions (4large) and salt (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
First make the paste of garlic and ginger. Take a pan, heat oil in it and fry chopped onions until it turns golden brown. Add the ginger- garlic paste and mix it for a while. Now mix grated coconut, kolhapuri masala, garam masala, turmeric powder and fried lavangi chillies. Add mutton in the masala and keep it fry until it turns brown. Add water and fried spices in mutton. Cook it until the mutton gets smooth. When the mutton gets ready then garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it hot with rice.
