Mutton Liver Fry Recipe
Ingredients
Mutton liver (1kg), ghee (2tbsp), chopped onion (1), chopped tomato (1), water (1/2c)
For marinate:-Turmeric powder (1/4tsp), black pepper powder (2/3tsp), cumin powder (1tbsp) and salt (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl; mix all the ingredients of the marinade in it. Put the liver pieces in this mixture and keep to marinate for about half an hour. Take a kadai, heat ghee in it. Fry onions in it until get golden brown. Add tomatoes and again fry them until they become pulpy. Now add the liver pieces. Put about ½ cup of water. Avoid using excess water. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the mixture until it gets well cooked. Now the mutton liver fry gets ready and serve it.
