Dahi Gosht Recipe

Ingredients
Boneless gosht meat (500gms), ground pepper (1tsp), garlic paste (3tbsp), ginger paste (3tbsp), vegetable oil (3tbsp), yogurt (500gms), finely chopped green chili (3), garam masala (3tbsp), sliced onion (2med.), finely chopped mint leaves (3tbsp), diced tomatoes (500gms), bay leaves (4), cumin powder (3tsp), coriander powder (3tsp), finely chopped coriander leaves (3tbsp) and salt (to taste).

Method of preparation:-
dahi-goshtTake a bowl, mix yogurt, turmeric powder, pepper, half of ginger and garlic paste, green chillies and salt together in it. Put the meat in this mixture and keep it to marinate for about 30 minutes. Take a deep pan, heat oil in it. Fry onion and remaining ginger and garlic paste till fragnant. Add tomatoes, bay leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and keep on frying until the oil gets separate. Now add the marinated meat and cook it until the most of the liquid gets evaporated. Garnish it with chopped coriander and mint leaves. Now dahi gosht is ready to serve.
