Colorful Veg Topped Spicy Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Small capsicum, silvered thinly (1)
2. black olives (6 to 7)
3. green stuffed olives (6 to 7)
4. readymade veg pizza thawed (1)
5. salt (to taste)
6. grated cheese (1tbsp)
7. butter (1/2tsp)
8. white vinegar (1/2tsp)
9. readymade mustard paste (1/2tsp)
10. chaat masala (1/4tsp)
11. finely shredded green cabbage (1tbsp)
12. silvers- red capsicum (5 to 6)
13. silvers-yellow capsicum (5 to 6)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, add cabbage, salt, vinegar, mustard and chaat masala in it. Mix it well and keep it aside for about 5 minutes. Then spread the cabbage mixture all over the pizza bread.
2. Place the sliced capsicum and olives on it and then dust butter over it. Then sprinkle the grated cheese on it. Now place it in preheated oven and then bake it until the base gets crispy and the cheese gets melt. Take out the pizza from the oven and serve it hot ketchup or chili garlic sauce.

Vegetable Paneer Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Pizza bread (2 med.)
2. pizza sauce (8tbsp)
3. grated mozzarella cheese (150gms)
4. capsicum, cut into thin rings (2)
5. paneer, cut into small cubes (200gms)
6. spinach, finely chopped, washed and blanched (1bunch)
7. butter (for applying on the pizza bread (2tsp)
For Pizza sauce:-
1. Tomato sauce (5tbsp)
2. finely sliced onions (6med.)
3. butter (4tbsp)
4. chopped tomatoes (6med.)
5. salt (to taste)
6. red chili powder ( 1 1/2tsp)
7. garlic sauce (2 or 3 tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. For Pizza sauce:- Take a heavy vessel, heat butter in it. Saute onions in it over low heat until they turn pink in color. Then add tomatoes and sauté them for about 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Add garlic sauce, tomato sauce, salt and red chili powder in it and sauté them for about 5 minutes. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool and then blend it coarsely in a blender.
3. For Pizza:- take pizza breads, apply butter on each bread and then spread the sauce on it. Place the blanched spinach in layer on it. Put the paneer cubes on the top and then place the capsicum rings on it.
4. Add the grated cheese on it and then bake the pizza in oven at 160 degrees C. until the bread gets crispy and the cheese gets melt. Now take out the pizza from the oven, cut it into triangles and then serve it hot.

Tarkari Diyea Arhar Dal Recipe
Ingredients
1. Soaked split pigeon peas or toor dal (1c)
2. ghee (optional)
3. lemon juice (2tbsp)
4. garam masala (1/4tsp)
5. chopped green chile (1tsp)
6. minced ginger (1tbsp)
7. finely chopped onion (1c)
8. kalongi seeds (1/4tsp)
9. bay leaf (1 each)
10. vegetable oil (2tbsp)
11. green beans, cut into pieces (3/4c)
12. butternut squash, peeled and cubed (1c)
13. sugar (1/2tsp)
14. salt (1/2tsp)
15. ground coriander (1tsp)
16. ground cumin (1tsp)
17. seeded wedge lemon (1each)
18. green chilies (2)
19. turmeric (1/4tsp)
20. water (4c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take water and keep it to boil and then mix dal in it. Add whole chilies, turmeric, lemon juice and lemon wedge in it. Cover the pan and keep it to cook for about 20 minutes. Add sugar and squash, salt, coriander and cumin in it. Again keep it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
2. Add green beans in it and keep them to simmer for about 15 minutes or until they get soft. Take a frying pan, heat oil in it and then fry kalongi and bay leaf for few seconds. Add onions and fry them until they turn brown in color. Add chopped chile and ginger and mix it well.
3. Now pour the dal in it and keep it to simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes. Take off the pan from heat and garam masala in it. Cover the pan and keep it for few minutes.
4. Take out the lemon wedge from it. Mix ghee and juice in it. Decorate it with chopped cilantro and serve it.

Traditional Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Pizza breads (3 about 6” diameter)
2. butter (2tbsp)
3. corn flour (2tbsp)
4. cinnamon clove powder (1/4tsp)
5. oman or oregano seeds (1/4tsp)
6. crushed red chilies powder (1/2tsp)
7. sugar (1/2tsp)
8. salt (to taste)
9. garlic flakes (8 to 10)
10. tomato ketchup (2tbsp)
11. finely chopped onions (1/2c)
12. tomato puree (1c)
For Topping:-
1. Finely chopped coriander (1tbsp)
2. onions (2)
3. tomato ketchup (1tbsp)
4. cooking cheese grated (4 to 5 tbsp)
5. capsicum (1)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take capsicum and onions, cut them into thin and round slices for the topping and then keep them aside.
2. Take a pan, heat butter in it and then fry the 1/2 cup chopped onions for about 2 to 3 minutes by stirring. Add the tomato puree in it and keep it to boil. Mix clove powder powder, salt, chili powder, garlic and then add all these ingredients in the pan except corn flour. Keep it to simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
3. Take a small bowl, add corn flour and ½ cup of water in it. Mix it well to make smooth paste. Add this paste to the boiling sauce, cook it by stirring until it gets thick enough to spread on the pizza.
4. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Then spread the sauce on the pizza bread. Place the slices of capsicum and onions over the sauce. Dust the chopped coriander leaves over it and then add grated cheese to cover.
5. Now place the pizza bread in preheated oven and bake it for about 5 minutes until the base gets crispy and then cheese gets melt. Take out the pizza from the oven and then cut it into triangles and serve it hot.

Khombi Tarkari (Spicy Mushrooms With Ginger and Chilies) Recipe
Ingredients
1. Mushrooms, cleaned and cut into 1” pieces (1 1/2pounds)
2. chopped fresh coriander (2tbsp for garnish)
3. roasted crushed cumin seeds (1tsp)
4. Coarse salt (1/2tsp or to taste)
5. turmeric powder (1/4tsp)
6. minced hot green chilies (2)
7. finely chopped garlic (2tsp)
8. chopped fresh ginger (1tbsp)
9. chopped onion (1c)
10. peanut oil (3tbsp)
11. lemon juice (1tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Heat oil in it and then fry onions in it for about 3 minutes by stirring. Add garlic, ginger and chilies in the pan and cook them for about 2 minutes.
2. Now add mushrooms, salt and turmeric in it and cook it for about 15 minutes by stirring until the moisture gets evaporate and the mushrooms starts to fry. Turn down the heat to low, add lemon juice and cumin seeds on it.
3. Mix it well and keep it to cook for about 5 minutes until the lemon juice gets absorbed by mushrooms. Take off the pan from heat and serve them warm or cold. When the dish gets ready then decorate it with chopped coriander leaves.

Potato Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Potatoes (2)
2. grated cheese (1/2c)
3. cumin seeds (1tsp)
4. finely chopped tomato (1)
5. chopped green chilies (2 to 3)
6. finely chopped green pepper or capsicum (1)
7. chill powder (1tsp)
8. salt (to taste)
9. coconut (optional)
10. oil (2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take potatoes, wash them and then grate them in a bowl. Add cumin seeds, salt and chili powder to it.
2. Take a flat bottomed pan or tawa, place it over heat. Spread some oil on it and then spread the grated potatoes on it. Press the grated potatoes on tawa to make solid base.
3. Put all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix them properly and then spread this mixture on the solid base. Cover the pan and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Now take off the cover from the pan. Now the potato pizza is ready to serve. Fold it and serve it hot with tomato Ketchup.

Bengali Style Oven Fried Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
1. Russet potatoes (2pounds)
2. salt and pepper (to taste)
3. cayenne (1/4tsp)
4. cumin (1/2tsp)
5. turmeric (1/4tsp)
6. olive oil (to spray)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take out the oven racks and grease them with oil. Take potatoes, wash them and then cut them lengthwise into ½ inch strips.
2. Place them on baking pan and apply oil on them. Then add seasoning and mix them properly to coat the seasoning. Then place them on the oven racks in single layer.
3. Now place the racks in the preheated oven. Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes until the potatoes get soft and they get golden brown crust. When they get ready then serve them piping hot.

Bengali Zucchini Curry Recipe
Ingredients
1. Cubed potatoes (2)
2. cubed zucchini (2)
3. chopped tomatoes (2)
4. oil (for frying)
5. water (1 1/2c)
6. cilantro (for decoration)
7. sugar (a pinch)
8. chili powder (to taste)
9. salt (to taste)
10. cumin powder (1tsp)
11. ginger paste (1tsp)
12. turmeric (1/2tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, put zucchini and potatoes in it and add turmeric powder and salt in it. Keep it for about 5 minutes to marinate.
2. Take a vessel, heat oil in it and then fry zucchini and potatoes in it for about 5 to 6 minutes until they turn golden in color. Take out them from the pan and keep them aside.
3. Add ginger paste, chili powder, cumin and turmeric powder in the remaining oil and then fry them for about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes in it, fry them for about 5 to 6 minutes and then add the vegetables in it.
4. Then add water and sugar and keep it to cook until the vegetables get cooked. When the dish gets ready then decorate it with cilantro and serve it hot with rice or chapattis.

Chole Methi Dhokla Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chole dal or moong dal (1c)
2. asafoetida (1/4tsp)
3. soda bi-carb (2pinches)
4. oil (2tsp)
5. baking powder (1tsp)
6. green chillies (5)
7. fresh curds (2tbsp)
8. fresh fenugreek leaves (2c)
9. salt (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl; soak the dal in it for about 4 hours. Take a mixer, add the soaked dal and green chilies in it and then grind it by adding a little water. Add salt and asafoetida in it.
2. Add oil, baking powder and curd in it and then mix it to make a batter. Keep it aside for about 2 to 3 hours. Now take methi leaves, dust salt and soda oven the leaves.
3. Now take ring mould tins, place the leaves in it and then fill the mould with batter. Steam the moulds for 5 to 7 minutes. When methi dohkla gets ready then take it out from mould and serve them hot with green chutney.

White Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Dry yeast (3tsp)
2. white flour (4 to 5 c)
3. dried rosemary (for dusting)
4. kosher salt (for dusting)
5. olive oil (1+1 tbsp)
6. salt (1tsp)
7. warm water (2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, add warm water in it. Put yeast in it and then mix 3 cups of flour in the bowl. Add olive oil and salt in it. Add more flour if needed to make the dough tight.
2. Take a greased bowl, put the dough in it and then keep the bowl aside until the dough gets fluffy. Knead the dough and then roll it on the floured surface to any desired shape.
3. Take cookie sheet, place the dough in it. Spread the olive oil over the dough. Make the dimples on the dough with thumb and fingers. Dust the Kosher salt and rosemary on the dough.
4. Keep the dough for sometime to rise and then bake for about 25 minutes at 375 degrees F. Now the pizza is ready to serve.
