Sweet Potato and Banana Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Thickly sliced bananas (2), sweet potatoes (450gms), green bell pepper (10, red bell pepper (10, garlic clove 91), lemon juice 91tbsp0, butter (50gms), thick slices white bread, crust removed and sliced (2), salt and pepper.
For dressing:- Olive oil (2tbsp), lemon juice (2tbsp), chopped fresh chives (2tbsp), clear honey (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a saucepan, boil water in it and then cook sweet potatoes in it for about 10 to 15 minutes until they get soft. Then drain them and keep them aside. Take a frying pan, melt butter in it. Add garlic, lemon juice and peppers in it and cook them for about 3 minutes by stirring. Then put the banana slices in the pan and cook them for 1 minute. Take out the banana slices from the pan and mix them to the sweet potatoes. Then cook the bread cubes in the frying pan for about 2 minutes until they get golden brown from all sides. Mix the dressing ingredients in a pan and heat them. Take serving dish, place the potato mixture on it and add salt and pepper according to taste. Now pour the dressing over the salad. Now the salad is ready. Serve it immediately.

Quick and Easy Good For You Garlicy Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Prepared thin and crispy pizza crust (1 about 12 inch), cooked and diced chicken (2c), green pepper, cut into small pieces (1c), yellow squash, cut into small pieces (1/2c), chopped sundried tomatoes in oil (2tbsp most of the oil drained off reserve 1tsp), extra virgin olive oil (2tbsp), Italian shredded cheese (4 cheese), reduced fat (1bag about 8oz), minced garlic (1clove), zucchini cut into small pieces (1/2c), onion cut into small pieces (1c), Alouette light garlic herb spreadable cheese (1 about 4oz) and salt and pepper (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat olive oil in it and sauté onions and green peppers in it for about 5 minutes until they get soft. Then sauté the tomatoes and garlic in it. Now add chicken, yellow squash and zucchini in it and cook it for about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper in it. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Apply the reserved oil on the edges of pizza crust. Take spreadable cheese and spread 2 to 3 ounces of it on crust by leaving the border of about ¼ inch. Now place the mixture of the frying pan in the center of the crust and then spread it. Dust 4 ounces of cheese on the top of pizza. Place the pizza in oven and bake it for about 10 minutes until the pizza gets heated and cheese gets melted.

Creamy Mushroom Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Wild mushrooms (porcini, oyster enoki) sliced (8oz), Balkan yogurt (2c), whole wheat pasta bows, cooked al dente (8oz), turmeric (1tsp), salt (1tsp), finely crushed, elephant garlic (1large clove), black pepper (1tsp) parsley leaves to garnish and raddichio leaves (to serve).
Method of preparation:-
Take a serving dish, place the raddichio leaves on it and then keep it aside. Take a large salad bowl, put porcini mushrooms, enoki mushrooms and oyster mushrooms and pasta in it. Mix these entire well. Take a small bowl; prepare dressing in it by mixing yogurt, black pepper, salt and garlic in it. Then pour the dressing over the salad and then mix it properly. Now transfer the salad with spoon on the raddichios leaves place on serving dish. Keep the salad in refrigerator for about ½ an hour to chill. Decorate the salad with parsley sprigs before serving.

Spinach and Goat Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Fresh spinach (1bunch), baked pizza crust 91 about 12 inch), finely minced garlic (2cloves), grated mozzarella cheese (6ounces), crumbled fresh goat cheese (4ounces), freshly ground black pepper (1/4tsp), salt (1/4tsp), crushed red pepper (1/4tsp), olive oil (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 425 degrees. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Heat olive oil in it and then sauté red pepper and garlic in it for about 3 to 5 minutes. Take fresh spinach, rinse it, drain it and then chop it. Put the chopped spinach in the pan and sauté it until it gets wilted and the water gets absorbed. Then add salt and pepper in it. Take a baking pan of round shape; place the pizza crust on it. Place the spinach mixture on pizza crust and then dust the cheese on it. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese gets melted and pizza crust gets crispy.

Ingredients
Mixed stir fried vegetables like celery slices, mangetout, water chestnuts, baby corn cobs, cherry tomatoes (5oz), fusilli pasta, cooked al dente (8oz), finely crushed elephant garlic (1large clove), black pepper (1tsp), salt (1tsp), hoisin sauce (1tbsp), ginger (1tsp), Balkan yogurt (2c), stir fried whole baby squid (4oz), parsley sprigs (to garnish) and raddichio leaves (to serve).
Method of preparation:-
Take a serving dish, place the raddichio leaves on it and then keep the dish aside. Take a large salad bowl; add cooked pasta, slices of celery, baby squid, water chestnuts, baby corn cobs, mangetout and tomatoes in it. Mix all these ingredients well. Take a small bowl to prepare dressing in it by mixing yogurt, black pepper, garlic, ginger, salt and hoisin sauce in it. Now pour the dressing over the salad and mix it well. Now transfer the vegetable and squid salad on raddichios leaves place in a serving dish. Keep the salad in refrigerator to chill. Decorate the salad with parsley sprigs before serving.

Paneer Carrot Chilli Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Readymade veg pizza, thawed (1), grated carrot (1tbsp), finely crushed green chili (1/2small), grated paneer (2tbsp), finely chopped tomato (1tsp) and salt (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 250 degrees c. Take a bowl; mix all the ingredients in it. Now take thawed veg. pizza and then spread the mixture of all ingredients on it. Top with tiny spots of butter. Now place the pizza in oven and grill it for about 5 minutes until the base of pizza gets crispy. When the pizza gets crispy then takes it out from the oven and serves it hot with salsa sauce or Ketchup.

Undhiyo Recipe
Ingredients
Baby brinjal (3 to 4), yam or khand (100gms), garlic (6 to 8 cloves), oil (5tbsp), small potatoes (6 to 8), broad beans or sem fali (25 to 30), turmeric powder (1tsp), scrapped coconut (2tbsp), raw bananas (2), mustard (1tsp), green chillies (4), ginger (2inch), coriander leaves (1c), asafoetida (a pinch).
For Muthiya:- Bengal gram flour or besan (1/4c), fenugreek leaves (1/2c), salt (to taste), green chillies (1 -2), oil (to deep fry).
Method of preparation:-
Take potatoes, raw bananas and yam. Wash them, remove the skin and cut them into pieces. Take baby brinjals, wash them and then slit them into 4 parts with removing the skin. Now make the paste of ginger, garlic and green chillies and coriander in grinder. Take a bowl; mix all the ingredients of muthiya in it except the oil. Mix them to make soft dough. Make small balls of dough and then roll them into 1 inch long and ½ inch thick. Take a frying pan, heat oil in it and then deep fry tha rolls in it. Drain them and keep them aside. Take sem fali and cut them into 1 inch long. Take a handi, heat oil in it and add mustard seeds and asafoetida in it. When the mustard gets splutter then add ground masala and sem fali in it. Then add the remaining vegetables in layers. Dust turmeric powder and salt over it. Fry it by stirring over high heat. Add 1 cup of water in it, cover the pan and keep it to simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Now mix the fried muthiyas in it and again keep it to simmer for about 15 minutes. While cooking, mix the vegetables but do not use spoon to mix. When it gets ready then garnish it with scraped coconut and then serve it.

Paradise Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Washed watercress (2bunches), fresh blue berries or raspberries 92c0, or package of frozen berries (12 oz), white vinegar (4tbsp), black pepper, Dijon mustard (1tbsp), sugar (2tsp), passion fruit (4) or Kiwi fruit (2), seeded and chopped cucumber (1), cherry tomatoes, red and yellow (1pound), heads of lettuce (1 to 2).
Method of preparation:-
Take watercress, break it into sprigs then take lettuce leaves and slit them into small pieces. If you want to use frozen berries in salad then first defrost them and then drain them. Take tomatoes and cut them into halves. Take passion or kiwi fruit, take out the pulp from the fruit and then mash it. Now take a salad bowl, mix berries and all salad vegetables in it. Mix all the remaining ingredients with mashed fruit pulp in a bowl. Now spread this mixture over the salad in a salad bowl and then mix it gently. Now the salad is ready to serve.

Stuffed Bhavnagri Chillies Recipe
Ingredients
Bhavnagri chilli, deseeded and slit lengthwise (8 to 10).
For stuffing:- Moong dal, soaked and boiled (1/2c), chopped onions (1/2c), turmeric powder (a pinch), chopped coriander (2tbsp), cumin seeds (1/2tsp), ginger- green chili paste (2tsp), asafoetida (a pinch), oil (2tsp) and salt (to taste).
For tempering:- Oil (1 1/2tsp), cumin seeds (1/2tsp).
Method of preparation:-
For stuffing mixture:– Take a pan, heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida in it. When the seeds get splutter then sauté onions in it and add turmeric powder, ginger-green chilli paste in it. Then add moong dal, water and salt in it. Cook it until the dal gets cooked. Add chopped coriander leaves in the dal and keep it aside.
Proceed the preparation:- Now take slit chillies and fill them with the stuffing mixture. Take a non stick pan, heat oil in it and then fry cumin seeds in it. Fry them until they get splutter. Saute the stuffed chillies in it over low heat. Cook it until it turns golden brown from all sides. When the bhavnagri chillies get ready then serve them hot with rice and dal.

Gujrati Dal Dhokali Recipe
Ingredients
Wheat flour (200gms), tuvar dal (250gms), ground nuts (50gms), green chilies (3), mustard seeds (1tbsp), tamarind (1tbsp), green chili paste (1tbsp), cashewnut (25gms), tomatoes (2), cinnamon (2), turmeric powder (1tbsp), salt (to taste), brown sugar (100gms), Ajama (1tsp), oil (4 to 5 tbsp)oil (3 to 4 tbsp), cilantro leaves (1/2c), red chilli powder (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, sieve wheat flour in it. Then add ajama, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt in it. Mix it well and add oil in it and hen knead it to make dough. Keep it aside. Take tuvar dal, wash it and put it in pressure cooker and then cook it for about 3 whitles. Now take off the pressure cooker from the heat. Take a pan, heat ghee and oil in it. Add cinnamon and cloves in it and then add mustard seeds in it. Fry them and then add green chilies, curry leaves and asafoetida in it. Now put the Tovar dal in it and add water of brown sugar and tamarind, garam masala, cashew nuts, ground nuts and red chili powder in it. Mix all these ingredients well. Add 2 cups of water, turmeric powder and salt and tomato pulp in it. Now keep the dal to boil. Take dough and make rotis of it and then cut them into pieces and then put these pieces of rotis in dal. Boil it for about 10 minutes and then take off the pan from heat. Garnish it with coriander leaves and then serve the dal dhokali.
