Crispy Noodle Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chinese beans sprouts (1/2c)
2. fried noodles, roughly broken (4c)
3. chopped celery stalk (1/4c)
4. thinly sliced red capsicum (1/2c)
5. thinly sliced green capsicum (1/2c)
6. spring onion (3/4c)
For Dressing:-
1. Orange juice (4tbsp)
2. honey (1tbsp)
3. vinegar (1tbsp)
4. dark soya sauce (2tsp)
5. tomato ketchup (2tbsp)
6. oil (1tbsp)
7. salt (to taste)
8. pepper (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, add celery stalks, red capsicum, green capsicum, spring onion and beans sprouts in it and then mix all these ingredients properly.
2. Take a serving plate, put the mixture of bowl in it. Then sprinkle the fried noodles on the top.
3. Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients of dressing in it and mix them well. Now pour this dressing mixture over the salad in the serving plate. Serve it immediately.

Asparagus Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Trimmed and peeled asparagus (900gms)
2. eggs, hard cooked (2)
3. olive oil (4tbsp)
4. white wine vinegar (3tbsp)
5. salt (1/2tsp)
6. freshly ground pepper (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large pot, add salted water in it and then steam the asparagus in it until the asparagus get tender. Now take out the asparagus from the pot and then wash it under the tap running water.
2. Pat dry the asparagus and then cut it into very small pieces of about ½ inch. Take hard boiled eggs, separate the egg whites and yolks and then chop them.
3. Take a bowl, mix oil, pepper, salt and vinegar in it. Add asparagus and then mix it. Now add the chopped egg yolks and whites in the bowl and mix them properly.

Ek Toap Na Dal Bhaat Recipe
Ingredients
1. Uncooked rice (2c)
2. asafoetida or hing (2 to 3 pinches)
3. potatoes (5small)
4. onions (10small)
5. turmeric powder (1/4tsp)
6. soda bi-carb (2 pinches)
7. toovar dal (1c)
8. ghee (4tbsp)
9. small brinjals (4 to 5)
10. green peas (3/4c)
Mixed Masala Mixture:-
1. Coriander- cumin seed powder (4tsp)
2. grated fresh coconut (1/2)
3. sugar (4tsp)
4. salt (to taste)
5. chopped coriander (4 to 5 tbsp)
6. chilli powder (2tsp)
7. asafoetida (a pinch)
8. sugar (4tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take potatoes, onions and brinjals. Make criss-cross slits on them and then fill them with masala mixture. Keep aside the remaining masala mixture.
2. Take rice and dal, wash them. Take a pan, heat ghee in it. Add toovar dal and asafoetida in it and then fry it for about 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, soda bi-carb and water about 2 cups in it.
3. Cover the pan and keep it to cook for about 5 to 7 minutes. Add vegetables and cover them with rice and then keep it to cook.
4.Take a vessel, boil water in it and then add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt in it. Pour this water in parts over the rice and cook until the rice gets cooked. Now add the left over masala mixture over the cooked rice. Then serve them hot with ghee and buttermilk.

Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless (4)
2. head lettuce torn into pieces (1/2)
3. cheese and garlic croutons (1c)
4. sliced sweet onion (1/2)
5. grated parmesan cheese (2tbsp)
6. green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced (1)
7. mesquite-lime marinade (1/2c)
8. tomato cut into wedges (1large)
9. creamy Caesar style salad dressing (1/2c)
10. salt (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a baking pan, place the chicken in it and then pour the marinade all over the chicken. Cover the pan and keep it in the refrigerator to marinate for about ½ an hour.
2. Now heat the gas grill or the charcoal to the medium high heat. Place the chicken breast on the hot grill and then grill it from both sides for about 15 minutes or until it gets cooked and turn pink in color.
3. Now take off the chicken from the heat and keep it to cool and then cut it into strips. Take a large bowl, mix chicken, lettuce, tomato, green bell pepper, onion, parmesan cheese, salt, croutons and dressing in it. Mix all these to coat properly.

Moong Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Moong dal (1/2c)
2. tomato (1)
3. pineapple chunks (1/2c)
4. ginger (1”)
5. beet root (1)
6. green peas (1/4c)
7. tomato (1)
8. carrot (1)
9. cucumber (1)
10. potato (1large)
11. few fresh coriander leaves
12. few fresh mint leaves
Method of preparation:-
1. Take moong dal, wash it and then soak it in water for about 1 hour. Then boil the soaked dal, until it gets soft and cooked. Boil the potatoes. Chop all the vegetables and then mix them in a bowl.
2. Take a large salad bowl, add cooked moong dal, boiled potatoes, and chopped mixed vegetables in it and then mix them. Decorate it with minced ginger, coriander and mint leaves.
3. Now keep the salad bowl in the refrigerator for an hour to chill. When the salad gets chilled then serve it. The salad is good in taste.

Colorful Rice Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Cooked rice (2c)
2. mayonnaise (1/4c)
3. pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced (3/4c)
4. cooked and drained frozen peas (1package)
5. chopped parsley (1/2c)
6. cooked ham, diced (1c)
7. eggs, hard-boiled and chopped (4)
8. diced pimiento (1jar)
9. chopped green onions (6)
10. lettuce leaves, optional
11. cherry tomatoes, optional
12. shredded cheddar cheese (2c)
13. sweet pickle relish (1/3c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, add cheese, chopped onions, cooked rice, olives, relish, parsley, ham, pimiento, eggs and peas in it. Mix all these ingredients properly.
2. Now add the salad dressing or mayonnaise in it and mix it gently. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator to chill. When the salad gets chilled then take out the bowl from the refrigerator and then serve the salad on the lettuce leaves. Decorate the salad with cherry tomatoes before serving.

Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken breast (450gms)
2. sliced mushrooms (1c)
3. sliced purple onions (2c)
4. olive oil (1tbsp)
5. thymes (1/2tsp)
6. peppers (4tsp)
7. vegetable cooking spray (1)
8. mozzarella cheese (1/2c)
9. minced garlic clove (1)
10. salt (1/4tsp)
11. red bell pepper (1)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a frying pan, place it over medium high heat and heat oil in it. Add chicken, garlic, pepper and salt in it and cook it for few minutes. Sauté thyme, mushrooms, bell pepper and onions into the chicken. Cook the chicken until it gets cooked.
2. Take a pizza pan, grease it with cooking spray and then pat the pizza dough on it. Spread half of the cheese over the dough and then spread the chicken mixture over the cheese, Again spread the left over cheese on the top.
3. Place the pan in preheated oven and bake it for about 15 minutes at 425 degrees F until the crust gets golden in color and cheese gets melt. Now take out the pizza from the oven and serve it hot.

Four Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Whole meal pizza base (1)
2. butter or oil (for greasing)
3. pizza sauce
For Topping:-
1. Chopped garlic (3cloves)
2. leeks or spring onions, chopped (2c)
3. butter or oil (1tbsp)
4. nutmeg (a pinch)
5. salt (to taste)
For baking:-
1. Grated mozzarella cheese (1/4c)
2. grated paprika cheese (1/4c)
3. grated garlic cheese (1/4c)
4. grated pepper cheese (1/4c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pan, place it over heat. Heat butter in it. Fry nutmeg, garlic, leeks and salt in it for about 3 to 4 minutes. Keep it aside.
2. Take a baking tray, grease it and place one pizza base on it. Take half of the pizza sauce and topping and then spread on the pizza base. Now take 4 cheese and then divide them into 2 equal parts and then place them on the pizza.
3. Place the tray in preheated oven and bake it for about 15 to 20 minutes at 200 degrees c until the base gets lightly brown in color. Make more pizzas with left over ingredients. Take out the pizza from the oven and then serve it hot.

Doodhi Theplas Recipe
Ingredients
1. Whole wheat flour or (gehun ka atta, 2c)
2. oil (1tsp)
3. chili powder (1 1/2tsp)
4. salt (to taste)
5. turmeric powder (1/2tsp)
6. bottle gourd (3/4c)
7. low fat curds (1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients in it and then add water to make dough. Knead the dough to make it soft.
2. Make small balls of equal size of dough. Then roll the dough balls in circular form. Take a non stick pan, place it over heat.
3. Now cook the theplas on hot pan until it gets brown spots on its surface. Then take off the theplas from the pan and serve them hot.
Makes about 15 theplas.

Tangy Pacbhaji Flavoured Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Readymade veg pizza, thawed (1)
2. salt (a pinch)
3. lemon juice (4 to 5 drops)
4. pavbhaji masala (1/4tsp)
5. finely chopped coriander (1/2tsp)
6. tomato (1)
7. onion (1)
8. capsicum (1)
9. grated mozarella cheese (as desired)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take capsicum, tomato and onion, finely chop them. Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients in it except cheese and then spread it over the thawed pizza. Put grated mozzarella cheese over it.
2. Place it in preheated oven and then bake it for about 5 minutes until the base gets crispy and then cheese gets melt. When the pizza gets baked then takes it out from the oven and then cut it into triangle shapes. Now the pizza is ready to serve. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
