Eggless Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Grated mix fruits (1c)
2. mashed banana with little lime juice (1c)
3. milk (1/4c)
4. self rising flour (2c)
5. vanilla essence (1tsp)
6. soda bicarbonate (1tsp)
7. butter (125gms)
8. water (1c)
9. sugar (1c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pan, heat butter, sugar and water in it until the butter gets melt. Keep it to cool completely. Add sugar bicarbonate to the mixture.
2. Take a bowl, mix flour, mix fruits, mashed banana and milk in it. Now mix both the mixture together. Add the vanilla extract in it.
3. Take a baking pan, grease it and then pour the whole batter into the pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake it for about 1 hour at 180 C. Now the egg less cake is ready.

Chocolate Cherry Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chocolate cake mix (1)
2. cherry pie mix (21oz)
3. eggs white (6)
For frosting:
1. Cream of Tatar (1/4tsp)
2. water (1/3c)
3. sugar (1 1/2c)
4. egg white (2)
5. vanilla essence (1tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, mix chocolate cake mix, egg whites and cherry pie filling in it. Grease a 9″ x 13 ” pan and then make a layer of flour on it. Now pour the batter into the pan.
2. Place the pan in the preheated oven at 350 degree and bake it for about 30 to 35 minutes or till the tooth pick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean. Now take out the pan from the oven and keep it to cool.
3. To make the frosting:- Mix all the frosting ingredients and then pour them in a double broiler and with a beater, beat for 1 minute. Then place this broiler on boiling water and then again beat for about 7 minutes.
4. Now take off it from the heat and beat it 2 minutes on high speed. Now take cool cake and then frost it with this mixture.

Marble Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Flour or maida (200gms)
2. cocoa powder (60gms)
3. vanilla essence (1tsp)
4. sugar (160gms)
5. milk (1/2c)
6. melted butter (160gms)
7. eggs (3)
8. baking soda (1tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, mix the flour and baking soda in it. Take another bowl, cream together the butter, essence and sugar in it. Add the eggs one at a time and then beat it until the mixture gets smooth and sugar gets blended well.
2. Now add the flour and then milk in the mixture. Mix it well until the batter gets smooth. Now divide this batter into two parts. In one part add cocoa powder.
3. Take a baking tin of 8 inch. Grease it and then line it. First pour 1 layer in the tin and then the second layer and keep on adding the layers alternatively.
4. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake it for 15 minutes at 180-200 degrees C then reduce the temperature and bake it for anther 10 minutes. The color of the cake changes to golden on the top. Now take out the tin from the oven and keep it to cool and then invert it on a dish.

Vanilla Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Cake flour (1 1/2c)
2. sugar (1c)
3. oil (1/3c)
4. milk (1/3c)
5. white vinegar (1/4tsp)
6. salt (1/4tsp)
7. vanilla extract (1tsp)
8. baking powder (2 1/2tsp)
9. eggs (6)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees. Take a bowl, mix cake flour, salt and baking powder in it. Take another bowl, mix egg yolk, ½ cup of sugar, oil, milk and vanilla extract in it in this mixture. Mix it well. Now mix the mixture of both bowls together.
2. Take a bowl, mix the egg white, vinegar and remaining sugar in it until it gets fluffy. Add this mixture to the previous mixture and mix them well.
3. Take a baking pan of 8 x 8 inch, grease it and then pour this mixture in the pan. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake the mixture for about 25 minutes. When the cake gets baked then take out the pan from the oven. Now the vanilla cake is ready.

Carrot Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Grated carrots (3c)
2. canola oil (1c)
3. ground cinnamon (2tsp)
4. sugar (1 1/2c)
5. flour (1 1/2c)
6. baking soda (1 1/2tsp)
7. chopped walnuts (1c)
8. beaten eggs (3)
9. salt (1/2tsp)
10. nutmeg (1tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, sieve the flour and mix it with baking soda, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together. Blend the grated carrots, oil, eggs and walnuts. Mix the dry ingredients in this mixture.
2. Take a pan, pour the mixture in the pan. Cook this mixture for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Add the food color to the cake if it is needed. Garnish the cake with remaining walnuts and then serve it.

Banana Upside Down Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Sliced bananas (4)
2. melted butter (4tbsp)
3. chopped pecans (1/2c)
4. brown sugar (1/2c)
5. banana cake mix (1pkg)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take two pans, grease and flour these pans. Mix brown sugar and butter, smear evenly between the 2 pans. Take chopped pecans, sprinkle them over both sugar mixtures and then keep the banana slices over each.
2. Now prepare the cake mixture and then divide it into two pans. Place the cake pans in the preheated oven and then bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Turn the cake upside down on a platter and then remove the cakes carefully from the pans.

Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Peeled Cored and sliced apples (4)
2. white sugar (2c)
3. ground cinnamon (2tsp)
4. white sugar (5tbsp)
5. brown sugar (5tbsp)
6. all purpose flour (3c)
7. eggs (4)
8. baking powder (1tbsp)
9. white sugar (2c)
10. vegetable oil (1c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, mix flour and baking powder in it. Take another bowl, add sugar, eggs and vegetable oil in it and then beat this mixture well. Now blend the egg mixture and the flour mixture until it gets smooth.
2. Take a small bowl, mix white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in it. Take a baking pan, pour half of the oil egg batter into it. Add two apples followed by half of the cinnamon- sugar mixture to the pan. Now pour the remaining oil egg mixture.
3. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake it for about 50 to 70 minutes. Keep the cake to cool and then invert the pan over a plate. Now the apple cake is ready.

Black Forest Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. All purpose flour or maida (225gms)
2. butter (125gms)
3. aerated cola drink (1bottle)
4. cream (1c)
5. chocolate bar (24 to 40 gms)
6. cherries (1small tin)
7. soda bicarbonate (1tsp)
8. cocoa (3 to 4 tbsp)
9. condensed milk (1tin)
10. baking powder (1tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 150 degrees c. Take a baking tin, lightly grease and flour it.
2. Take a pan, melt the butter in it and cool it and then add the condensed milk. Add cola, cocoa, soda bicarbonate, in it and then again add baking powder and maida, keep on adding the maida and cola until they are over.
3. Now immediately pour it into the prepared baking tin and bake it at 150 degrees c for about 30 to 40 minutes. Then keep it to cool and slit it into two.
4. Take a bowl, whip cream in it until it gets light and fluffy. Sandwich the two layers of cake with the whipped cream and the destined cherries.
5. Top it with whipped cream and cherries and then sprinkle the grated chocolate on it. Keep it to chill in the refrigerator and then serve it.

Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Marie Biscuit (1packet)
2. caster sugar (6tbsp)
3. coffee decoction (1c)
4. drinking chocolate powder (2tbsp)
5. butter (6tbsp)
6. Nuts and dry fruits
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, cream the butter and sugar in it until it gets fluffy. Blend it in the chocolate powder.
2. Take coffee decoction and dip 4 biscuits in it. Now take a flat tray, place these biscuits in this tray. Spread a little of the butter, chocolate mixture and sugar on these biscuits.
3. Now add another layer of biscuits, repeat the biscuits until all the biscuits get finished. Spread a layer of butter, chocolate mixture and sugar on the last layer of biscuits.
4. Now decorate it with nuts and fry fruits. Place the tray in the freezer and freeze it for about 25 to 30 minutes. Then cut it into pieces.

Butterscotch Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Cake flour (2c)
2. milk (1c)
3. eggs (2)
4. baking powder (3tsp)
5. butter or margarine (1/2c)
6. vanilla extract (1tsp)
7. brown sugar (1 1/2c)
8. salt (1/2tsp)
For butter Frosting:
1. Cream (2tbsp)
2. powdered sugar (2c)
3. hot water (1tbsp)
4. vanilla extract (1/2tsp)
5. butter or margarine (1/4c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, add cake flour, baking powder and salt in it and then mix it well. Add butter, brown sugar, 2/3 cup milk and vanilla extract in to the mixture.
2. Beat this mixture for about 2 minutes at an average speed. Now add remaining milk and egg yolks to the mixture. Again beat it for about 2 minutes.
3. Take a pan cake, grease it and then pour the mixture into it. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F for about 5 minutes. Place the cake pan in the oven and bake it for about 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Heat the butter in a pan over low heat to prepare the butter frosting. When the butter starts turning brown then add the other ingredients of frosting in it.
5. Keep on stirring the mixture until it gets smooth. Now take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Now take out the pan cake from the oven and keep it to cool and then frost the cake with butter frosting. Now the butterscotch cake is ready.
