Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Maida or refined flour (1 1/3c)
2. milk (3/4c)
3. butter (1)
4. baking powder (2tsp)
5. powdered sugar (1c+2tbsp)
6. peeled walnut (1/2c)
7. vanilla essence (1tsp)
8. dark chocolate (100gms)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take chocolate and then grate it. Cut the butter into cubes.Take a micro proof dish and grease it. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave oven on high for 1 minute.
2. Take a bowl, sieve refined flour and baking powder in it. Mix the melted butter and chocolate in a bowl. Add the vanilla essence and powdered sugar and again mix it. Now add the flour mixture and mix it well. Make the consistency by adding milk.
3. Add the walnuts and mix them well. Now put this mixture in the greased microwave proof dish. Place the dish in the microwave and bake it at 100% for about 7 minutes. When it gets baked then take out the dish from the oven and keep it to cool and then cut it and serve it.

Eggless Mawa Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Maida (1 1/2c)
2. softened butter (3/4c)
3. milk powder (5tbsp)
4. baking powder (1tsp)
5. green cardamom powder (1/4tsp)
6. milk (2tbsp)
7. buttermilk (1/4c)
8. soda bicarbonate (1tsp)
9. corn flour (2tbsp)
10. powdered sugar (3/4c)
11. crumbled mawa (1 1/2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Take moulds or paper cups and grease them. Take a bowl, add butter and powdered sugar in it and cream together with a wooden spoon.
2. Sieve the milk powder into the bowl and mix it. Then add mawa and mix it again. Now sieve the refined flour, buttermilk, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, corn flour, and green cardamom into the bowl and mix them well. Add butter to correct the consistency.
3. If the batter is still thick then add the milk and mix it. Now pour this mixture into the paper cups or moulds. Place them in the preheated oven and bake them for 30 minutes at 170 degrees c.
4. After baking take out them from the oven and keep them to cool before demoulding the cakes. Serve them hot or cold.

Simple Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
1. Refined flour (115gms)
2. eggs (2)
3. baking powder (1/2tsp)
4. salt (1/4tsp)
5. chocolate essence (a few drops)
6. cocoa powder (2tbsp)
7. margarine or butter (55gms)
8. milk (100ml)
9. soda bicarb (1/2tsp)
10. caster sugar (85gms)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda bicarb and salt in it. Dissolve soda in milk. Take a bowl, cream the butter and sugar in it until it gets light and fluffy.
2. Take another bowl, beat eggs in it. Now pour the beaten eggs in the creamed butter mixture and beat a little more. Add essence and then fold it in the flour mixture. Add milk in it to make it soft.
3. Take a greased and lined tin. Place the tin in oven and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 degrees c. When it gets baked then take it out from oven and keep it to cool and then serve it.
