Broccoli Cheese and Bacon Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Bacon slices (6 to 8), shredded cheese of any kind (1c), broccoli (1 to 2 bunches), nuts or sunflower seeds (1/2c0, red onion (1/3c), raisins (1/2c).
For dressing:- Sugar (2 to 4 tbsp), vinegar (1/4c), mayonnaise (1c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a pan, place it over heat. Fry bacon slices in it until they get crispy and crumble. Keep it aside. Take broccoli flowerets, cut them into very small pieces. Cut up about 4 cups of broccoli flowerets and put them in a salad bowl. . Add onion, nuts, raisins and cheese in salad bowl. Prepare the dressing mixture in a bowl by mixing mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in a bowl. Now pour the dressing in salad bowl. Mix the salad and then keep the bowl in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours. Then add the crumbled bacon in the salad and mix it again. Now the salad is ready to serve.

Spinach and Goat Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Fresh spinach (1bunch), baked pizza crust 91 about 12 inch), finely minced garlic (2cloves), grated mozzarella cheese (6ounces), crumbled fresh goat cheese (4ounces), freshly ground black pepper (1/4tsp), salt (1/4tsp), crushed red pepper (1/4tsp), olive oil (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 425 degrees. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Heat olive oil in it and then sauté red pepper and garlic in it for about 3 to 5 minutes. Take fresh spinach, rinse it, drain it and then chop it. Put the chopped spinach in the pan and sauté it until it gets wilted and the water gets absorbed. Then add salt and pepper in it. Take a baking pan of round shape; place the pizza crust on it. Place the spinach mixture on pizza crust and then dust the cheese on it. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese gets melted and pizza crust gets crispy.

Paneer Carrot Chilli Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Readymade veg pizza, thawed (1), grated carrot (1tbsp), finely crushed green chili (1/2small), grated paneer (2tbsp), finely chopped tomato (1tsp) and salt (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 250 degrees c. Take a bowl; mix all the ingredients in it. Now take thawed veg. pizza and then spread the mixture of all ingredients on it. Top with tiny spots of butter. Now place the pizza in oven and grill it for about 5 minutes until the base of pizza gets crispy. When the pizza gets crispy then takes it out from the oven and serves it hot with salsa sauce or Ketchup.

Four Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Whole meal pizza base (1), butter or oil (for greasing), pizza sauce.
For Topping:- Chopped garlic (3cloves), leeks or spring onions, chopped (2c), butter or oil (1tbsp), nutmeg (a pinch), salt (to taste).
For baking:- Grated mozzarella cheese (1/4c), grated paprika cheese (1/4c), grated garlic cheese (1/4c), grated pepper cheese (1/4c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a pan, place it over heat. Heat butter in it. Fry fry nutmeg, garlic, leeks and salt in it for about 3 to 4 minutes. Keep it aside. Take a baking tray, grease it and place one pizza base on it. Take half of the pizza sauce and topping and then spread on the pizza base. Now take 4 cheese and then divide them into 2 equal parts and then place them on the pizza. Place the tray in preheated oven and bake it for about 15 to 20 minutes at 200 degrees c until the base gets lightly brown in color. Make more pizzas with left over ingredients. Take out the pizza from the oven and then serve it hot.

Vegetable Paneer Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Pizza bread (2 med.), pizza sauce (8tbsp), grated mozzarella cheese (150gms), capsicum, cut into thin rings (2), paneer, cut into small cubes (200gms), spinach, finely chopped, washed and blanched (1bunch), butter (for applying on the pizza bread (2tsp).
For Pizza sauce:- Tomato sauce (5tbsp), finely sliced onions (6med.), butter (4tbsp), chopped tomatoes (6med.), salt (to taste), red chili powder ( 1 1/2tsp).
Method of preparation:-
For Pizza sauce:- Take a heavy vessel, heat butter in it. Sauté onions in it over low heat until they turn pink in color. Then add tomatoes and sauté them for about 5 to 7 minutes. Add garlic sauce, tomato sauce, salt and red chili powder in it and sauté them for about 5 minutes. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool and then blend it coarsely in a blender.
For Pizza:- take pizza breads, apply butter on each bread and then spread the sauce on it. Place the blanched spinach in layer on it. Put the paner cubes on the top and then place the capsicum rings on it. Add the grated cheese on it and then bake the pizza in oven at 160 degrees C. until the bread gets crispy and the cheese gets melt. Now take out the pizza from the oven, cut it into triangles and then serve it hot.

Cheesy Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Self raising flour (2c), water (1/2c), milk (1/2c), chopped butter (30gms).
For topping:- Chopped parsley (1tbsp), chopped ham (1/4c), ricotta cheese (1/4c), finely chopped tomato (1).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 220 degrees c. Take a bowl, sieve the flour in it. Add butter in it and rub it with your fingers. Mix milk and water and then pour it into the well made in the centre of flour. Mix it well to make dough and then knead it on the lightly floured surface. Take dough and then roll it into a circle of about 1 cm thick. Take an oven tray, grease it and then place the pizza base on it. Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients of topping in it and then put the mixture on the pastry with spoon and leave the sides of the pastry. Place it in preheated oven and then bake it for about 20 minutes. When it gets baked then take it out from the oven and cut it into slices and then serve it with salad.

Paneer Bhare Papad Recipe
Ingredients
Moongdal papads (4), grated cottage cheese or paneer (1/2c), oil (for deep frying), finely chopped capsicum (1), finely chopped coriander leaves (2tbsp), green chillies (2), chaat masala (1tsp), salt (to taste), finely chopped onion (1 medium).
Method of preparation:-
Take papads and break them into halves. Take a bowl; mix all the ingredients in it properly to make stuffing. Roast the papad one by one. Roll the hot papad to make cylinders of about ½ inch diameter. Fill them with stuffing mixture and serve them immediately Or apply water or milk on papad. Put the stuffing mixture on one side and roll it cylindrically and then deep fry them in hot oil. Drain them and serve them.

Makki Paneer Pakora Recipe
Ingredients
Bengal gram flour or besan (6tbsp), corn fresh or makki (200gms), milk (1c), oil (for deep frying), chopped green chili (2), chopped garlic (2tsp), chopped ginger (2tsp), chopped coriander leaves (2tbsp), cumin powder (1/2tsp), cottage cheese or paneer (100gms), dry mango powder or amchur (1 3/4tsp), chopped onion (1) and salt (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
Take a blender, crush the corn in it. Take a pan, heat oil in it and fry chopped garlic and ginger in it until they turn pink in color. Then fry crushed corn in it. Mix salt in it. Add milk in it and cook it until gets the mixture gets thick. When the corn gets cooked then put it in the dish and keeps it to cool. Add cumin powder, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chillies and amchur powder in it. Mix them properly. Add besan in it for binding. Add little milk in the mixture if it becomes too thick. Make small balls of this mixture. Take a kadai,place it over medium heat and heat oil in it for frying. Now deep fry the balls of mixture or pakoras in hot oil until they turn golden brown. Drain them and place them on paper towel to soak excess oil. Serve them hot.

Mini Cheese Omelettes with Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Beaten eggs (6),Sliced into thin sticks, mozzarella cheese (200gms), butter (3tsp), finely chopped onions (1), finely chopped tomatoes (300gms), freshly grated parmesan cheese (2tsp), olive oil (3tsp), salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 200 degrees C. Take a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and freshly ground peppers. Take a pan, heat ¼ teaspoon of butter in it. Pour a little of the beaten eggs into the pan and then make a thin omelette of it. Cook the omelette until it is cooked from both sides and then put it on a plate. Make more omelettes in the same way until the egg is used. Make about 8 omelettes. Divide the mozzarella cheese among omelettes, roll them up and then place them in oven proof dish. Heat olive oil in the pan, fry garlic and onions in oil until get soft. Add tomatoes and keep them to simmer for about 15 minutes. Mash the tomatoes well. Now pour the sauce over the omelettes, sprinkle the parmesan cheese and then bake for about 10 minutes. Now it is ready to serve. Serve it with salad and crusty bread.

Lemon Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
For Crust: Melted butter (2tsp), crushed biscuits (10 biscuits).
For cheese cake Mixture:- 1 recipe cream cheese, sugar (4tbsp), lemon zest (1tsp), lemon juice (1tsp), yogurt or curd (1/2c), lemon essence (a few drops), sugarfree orange marmalade, for the topping (2tbsp optional).
Method of preparation:-
For Crust:- Take a bowl, mix butter and biscuits in it. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator until it gets set. Then line the bottom of 4” diameter loose bottomed cake tin.
For Cheese Cake Mixture:- Take a blender, blend cream cheese in it until it gets smooth and free from lumps. Add some warm milk or whey if required. Mix with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk it until the mixture becomes smooth.
For Topping:- Take a pan, mix marmalade with 1 tablespoon of water and melt it over gentle heat and then cool it slightly. Now pour the cheesecake mixture over the set crust and keep it in the refrigerator till the mixture gets sets. Pour the warm topping mixture and keep it to chill again for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut it into wedges and then serve it cold.
