Chicken Fajita Grilled Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Boneless, skinless chicken breast (1pound)
2. baked pizza crust (2 about 12 inch)
3. vegetable oil (2tbsp)
4. shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese (3c)
5. pasta sauce (1 1/2c)
6. red onion, cut into ½ inch thick slices (1large)
7. poblano or medium green bell pepper (2large)
8. salt and black pepper (to taste)
9. cilantro (2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First apply oil on chicken and onion and then season with ground black pepper and salt. Then grill the chicken, bell peppers and onion for about 8 minutes by turning its sides until the chicken gets cooked and vegetables get soft.
2. Take aluminium foil, wrap peppers in it and keep them aside for about5 minutes and then remove its skin and cut them into slices. Cut the chicken into thin slices and keep it aside.
3. Place the pizza on grill and then grill its crust for about 1 minute. Spread the pasta sauce over it and then place chicken, vegetables and cheese on top. Again grill the pizza for about 3 minutes until the cheese gets melted. Dust the cilantro over it. Serve it with sauce and sliced avocado (optional).

Chicken Avocado Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Baked pizza crusts (4 about 7 inch)
2. chopped cooked chicken breast meat (1c)
3. avocados, peeled, pitted and diced (2)
4. cayenne pepper (1pinch)
5. shredded Monterey jack cheese (1c)
6. cherry tomatoes, quartered (1c)
7. olive oil (1tbsp)
8. peeled garlic (1clove)
9. salt (to taste)
10. fresh lime juice (1tbsp or to taste)
11. chopped fresh cilantro (1tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven’s broiler. Take food processor; add cilantro and avocados in it. Make the puree of it and then add lime juice and salt according to taste. Put the puree in a bowl, cover the bowl and keep it aside.
2. Take garlic cloves and cut them into halves. Take pizza crust and then rub the garlic on the top of it for the flavor. Apply olive oil on both sides of the crust and then place the avocado mixture on the top of crust.
3. Then place the chicken and then the tomatoes on top. Dust cheese over it and then sprinkle the cayenne pepper on top. Now take a baking sheet and place the pizza on it. Place the baking sheet in oven and broil it for about 5 minutes until the cheese gets melted and crust gets crispy.

Grilled Garlic Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Pizza crust (2)
2. chicken breast (6 boneless)
For Topping:-
1. Sliced mushrooms (to taste)
2. Ranch dressing
3. grated parmesan cheese
4. bacon bits
5. minced parsley
6. sliced onions
7. sliced bell pepper
8. shredded mozzarella cheese
9. garlic seasoning
10. Garlic
11. Alfred white sauce
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees. Make crust according to the instructions of package. Take garlic seasoning, sprinkle it over the chicken pieces and then grill them.
2. Now cut the chicken into strips and then layer the pizza with toppings. First spread the sauce on pizza then chicken strips and vegetables.
3. Layered all the ingredients of topping on pizza. Dust the bacon bits and parsley on the top. Place the pizza in oven and bake it at 375 degrees until the cheese gets melted. When the pizza gets ready then serve it with parmesan cheese and ranch dressing.

Balsamic Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Pizza dough (2 about 10 ounces)
2. balsamic vinegar (2tbsp)
3. Sliced and caramelized white onions (2)
4. pepper (to taste)
5. salt (to taste)
6. Italian parsley, chopped (for garnish)
7. diced tomatoes (1/2c for garnish)
8. olive oil (1/4c)
9. provolone cheese (6ounces)
10. boneless chicken breast (6ounces)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take chicken, place it on grill and grill it until the chicken gets cooked. When the chicken gets grilled then cut it into strips and then mixes it in the balsamic vinegar.
2. Take pizza dough, roll it about 10 inches in size and place it on pizza plates. Then place the balsamic chicken over the pizza dough. Take a pan, heat olive oil in it. Add onions in the pan and saute them until they get caramelized and then add pepper and salt in it.
3. Place the caramelized onions and provolone cheese on the top. Now place the pizza in oven and bake it at 375 degrees until the pizza crust gets golden brown in color. Decorate it with parsley and chopped tomatoes. Now cut the pizza in slices and serve them.

Tuscan Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Fresh pizza dough (8oz)
2. Italian dressing (1/2c)
3. fresh spinach (1c)
4. fresh mozzarella cheese (8oz)
5. kalamata olives, chopped (1/4c)
6. fresh rosemary (3sprigs)
7. porcini mushrooms (1c)
8. cherry tomatoes halved (1pint)
9. marinated chicken breast sliced (8oz)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Put the chicken in Italian dressing to marinate for about 30 minutes.
2. Take pizza dough and then place the marinated chicken pieces on the dough. Then place in layers, the tomatoes, spinach, olives and the layer of mushrooms.
3. Take fresh mozzarella cheese, cut it into pieces of about ¼ inch and place them on the top. Take rosemary, chop it and then dust it on pizza.
4. Place it in oven and cook it for about 25 to 35 minutes at 450 degrees f until the chicken gets cooked. Take out the pizza from oven and keep it to cool. Now Tuscan chicken pizza is ready to serve.

Chicken Cabbage Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Cabbage (1head)
2. green onion (1bunch)
3. sunflower seeds (1/2c)
4. cooked chicken breast (2)
5. Oriental flavoring (1packet)
6. rice vinegar (1/2c)
7. vegetable or canola oil (1/2c)
8. ramen noodles, Oriental flavor (2packages)
9. silvered almonds, toasted (1/2c)
10. cilantro (1 bunch)
11. sugar (1tbsp)
12. salt and pepper (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take cooked chicken, cabbage, green onion and cilantro. Chop them and then mix them together in salad bowl. Add sunflower seeds and almonds in it.
2. Take ramen noodles, break them and put them in salad. Take a small bowl; prepare the dressing in it by mixing rice vinegar, sugar, oil and flavoring in it.
3. Now pour the dressing over the salad and then add salt and pepper according to taste. Keep the salad aside for about an hour so that the salad get absorb the flavor for good taste.

Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless (4)
2. head lettuce torn into pieces (1/2)
3. cheese and garlic croutons (1c)
4. sliced sweet onion (1/2)
5. grated parmesan cheese (2tbsp)
6. green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced (1)
7. mesquite-lime marinade (1/2c)
8. tomato cut into wedges (1large)
9. creamy Caesar style salad dressing (1/2c)
10. salt (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a baking pan, place the chicken in it and then pour the marinade all over the chicken. Cover the pan and keep it in the refrigerator to marinate for about ½ an hour.
2. Now heat the gas grill or the charcoal to the medium high heat. Place the chicken breast on the hot grill and then grill it from both sides for about 15 minutes or until it gets cooked and turn pink in color.
3. Now take off the chicken from the heat and keep it to cool and then cut it into strips. Take a large bowl, mix chicken, lettuce, tomato, green bell pepper, onion, parmesan cheese, salt, croutons and dressing in it. Mix all these to coat properly.

Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken breast (450gms)
2. sliced mushrooms (1c)
3. sliced purple onions (2c)
4. olive oil (1tbsp)
5. thymes (1/2tsp)
6. peppers (4tsp)
7. vegetable cooking spray (1)
8. mozzarella cheese (1/2c)
9. minced garlic clove (1)
10. salt (1/4tsp)
11. red bell pepper (1)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a frying pan, place it over medium high heat and heat oil in it. Add chicken, garlic, pepper and salt in it and cook it for few minutes. Sauté thyme, mushrooms, bell pepper and onions into the chicken. Cook the chicken until it gets cooked.
2. Take a pizza pan, grease it with cooking spray and then pat the pizza dough on it. Spread half of the cheese over the dough and then spread the chicken mixture over the cheese, Again spread the left over cheese on the top.
3. Place the pan in preheated oven and bake it for about 15 minutes at 425 degrees F until the crust gets golden in color and cheese gets melt. Now take out the pizza from the oven and serve it hot.

Ingredients
1. Meat of buff/mutton/chicken or duck (1kg)
2. chili paste (1 1/2tbsp)
3. oil (1/2c)
4. ginger garlic paste (2tbsp)
5. black pepper powder (1/2tsp)
6. turmeric powder (1tsp)
7. fenugreek seeds (1tsp)
8. salt (to taste)
9. chopped ginger and coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take meat; keep it to boil until it gets cooked. Keep it to cool and then cut it into long pieces. Roast the pieces on tawa or direct on fire until they turn brown in color.
2. Again cut them into small pieces and then put them in large bowl. Then add ginger-garlic paste, chilly paste, pepper powder and salt in the bowl and mix them properly.
3. Take a pan, heat ½ cup of oil in it. Fry the fenugreek seeds in it and add turmeric powder in it and then pour it on the mixture and mix it properly with spoon. Now the dish is ready to serve. Decorate it with ginger and chopped coriander leaves.

1. Chicken (1whole)
2. sour curd (100gms)
3. keora water (1/2c)
4. garam masala (2tsp)
5. garlic paste (3tsp)
6. ginger paste (2tsp)
7. wheat flour (1tbsp)
8. white oil (4tbsp)
9. onions (4)
10. red chili (8)
11. water (as needed)
12. salt (to taste)
13. peppercorns (10)
14. bay leaves (2)
15. ghee (2tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take chicken, wash it and cut it into pieces. Take a pan. Place it over heat. Heat oil in it and add bay leaf, peppercorns and garam masala in it.
2. Add chicken pieces in it and fry them with masala by stirring it. When the water in the chicken gets absorbed then adds garlic, ginger and onion to it and cook it well.
3. Add the mixture of curd, flour and salt to it and mix it well. Now add keora water in it and cook it for about 10 minutes. Now heat ghee in a pan and add red chili in it and then mix it in the chicken. When the dish gets ready then serve it hot.
