Rocky Road Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
Condensed milk (1c), water (1c), fresh cream (2c), grated chocolate (1c), chopped almonds (1/4c), chopped walnuts (1/4c), vanilla essence (1/2tsp), small marshmallows (1/3c), chocolate chips (1/4c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a pan, mix condensed milk and chocolate in it. Melt it over low heat until the chocolate gets melt. Keep it to cool slightly, add water and mix it well. Now keep it to cool completely. Add cream and vanilla essence and mix it again. Blend it in a blender to make it smooth. Pour this into shallow container and cover it. Keep it to freeze until it gets set. Now divide the mixture into two parts and then churn each part in a blender. Add the almonds, walnuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows and then gently stir them. Place it into shallow container, cover and freeze till it is set. Scoop it and serve it.

Funky Falooda Kulfi Recipe
Ingredients
Fresh milk (500ml), grated khoya (100gms), sweet biscuits powdered (2), condensed milk (400gms), china grass (tsp), badam, pista, kesar, elaichi (to taste), color and essence of your choice (few drops).
Method of preparation:-
Take a pan, heat fresh milk in it until it boils down to half of its original quatity. Add khoya and condensed milk in the boiling milk. Add China grass and then immediately remove the pan from the heat. Keep it to cool. When it cools down then add the biscuits powder, badam, elaichi, pista, color and essence. Beat it in a mixer and then pour the mixture in the kulfi molds. Place the molds in the freezer and deep freeze them for 1 hour after that turn the kulfi molds upside down. Keep it for 4-6 hours till ready to serve. The time taken should be depend on the efficiency of the refrigerator.

Fresh Mango Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
Full fat milk (2tsp), fresh cream (200gms), chopped Alphoso mango (2tbsp), juice of 1 Alphonoso mango, sugar (3/4c).
Method of preparation:-
First set the control of the freezer at the highest point one hour in advance. Take few pieces of mango and keep them aside for decoration. Take a bowl, mix the remaining chopped mango, mango juice and sugar in it . Mix them properly. Beat the cream lightly and then add the beaten cream and milk to the mixture. Now pour the mixture into the ice trays. Spread layer of the mixture should not be more than 12 mm thickness. Put the trays in the freezer so that each tray touching the chilling plate directly. The ice-cream will be set in 45 minutes to 1 hour. At this stage take it out into a bowl. Mix it well and decorate it with mango pieces and serve it immediately.

Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
Milk (3l), chocolate powder (4tsp), fresh cream (225gms), sugar (2tsp), cocoa (6tsp), vanilla essence (3tsp), custard powder (6level tsp), cooking chocolate (50gms).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, add 1 cup of cold milk in it and mix cocoa, chocolate powder and custard powder in it. Take a pan, put remaining milk in it and boil it with sugar. When it starts boiling add the chocolate mixture in it. Cook it and keep on stirring for about 4 minutes. Keep the mixture to cool and then add fresh cream and vanilla essence. If desired add the cooking chocolate cut into small pieces to the mixture. Now put it in the ice-cream churner. When the ice-cream gets ready then store it in the refrigerator in a plastic box or in a vessel covered on top with polyethylene to avoid the formation of ice crystals.

Apricot and Custard Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
Milk (500ml), fresh cream (1/2c), dried apricots, soaked for 4 to 6 hours (1c), vanilla flavored custard powder (1tbsp), sugar (1/3c).
Method of preparation:-
Take apricots, deseeded them and then boil them in a pan, keep them to cool completely and then drain them and keep them aside. Take a bowl, add ½ cup of cold milk in it and dissolve the custard powder in it and then keep it aside. Take a non stick pan, put milk and sugar in it and keep it to boil. Now add the custard powder mixture, reduce the heat to low and keep it to simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes until the custard gets thick. If the mixture gets lumpy then strain it. Keep it to cool completely and then add the apricots and cream and mix it properly. Divide it into two parts. Churn each part separately in a blender. Place it into a shallow container. Cover it and freeze it until it get firm and then serve it.

Apple Pie Recipe
Ingredients
Peeled and sliced apples (4c), sugar (2/3c), brown sugar (1/4c), nutmeg (1/4tsp), melted butter (1/2c), pecans (1/2c), unbaked pie shell (1), cinnamon (3/4tsp) and flour (1/2c).
Method of preparation:-
Take peeled and sliced apples, soak them in melted butter. Take a bowl, mix flour, sugar and spices in it. Take out the apples from the melted butter and then coat them with sugar and flour mixture. Pour the coated apples into pastry shell. Cover the top of the apple filling with a layer of butter to give the filling a rich flavor. Put it in an oven and bake it for about 45 minutes at 400 degrees F until the apples get tender. Now the apple pie is ready. Keep it to cool and serve it with vanilla ice-cream. Caramel Custard Recipe
Ingredients
Milk (2c), sugar (4tbsp), eggs (4), sugar for caramelizing (3tsp) and vanilla (a few drops).
Method of preparation:-
Take a baking dish, heat the sugar for caramelizing over low heat for few seconds until it melts and get burnt. Turn the dish quickly and carefully to ensure that the caramel spreads equally over the bottom and sides of the dish and then keep it aside. Take a bowl, beat eggs in it and then add milk, sugar and vanilla essence to it. Dissolve the sugar fully in it. Now strain it in caramelized dish. Take a butter paper and cover the mouth of dish with it. Place the dish in the pressure cooker for about 10 minutes. Then take it out and keep it to cool and then serve it.

Cheese Lemon Pie Recipe
Ingredients
Corn flakes (2c), golden syrup (2tbsp), lemons (2large and 3 small), cheese powder (2heaped tbsp), sweetened milk (1tin), digestive or Marie gold biscuits (8) and melted butter (40 gms).
Method of preparation:-
Take corn flakes and biscuits; crush them until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Keep one tablespoon for garnish. Mix the melted butter and golden syrup in it. Take a baking dish, grease it. Spread the mixture in greased baking dish. Place the dish in hot oven and bake it for about 15 minutes until turn light brown in color. Now take it out from the oven and press the crust with the back of the spoon. Keep it to cool, set it and gently remove the pie shell from the dish. Mix the condensed milk, rind and juice of lemon and cheese powder until get smooth. Fill the pie shell with the condensed milk mixture; garnish it with cornflakes and biscuit mixture. Serve it cold.

Ingredients
Chocolate cake (2slice), bananas (2), chocolate, cut into pieces (2), sugar (3tsp), cream (1/2c), lemon juice (2tsp), butter (100gms), vanilla ice-cream (1scoop).
Method of preparation:-
Take bananas, peel them and then cut them into very small pieces. Take a pan, heat the butter in it and then put the banana pieces and cook for about 2 minutes. Add sugar and keep on cooking it until it is completely cooked. Then add the lemon juice and again cook it. Take another pan, melt the cut pieces of chocolate and cream and then cook on low heat. Spread the cooked banana evenly on the chocolate slices. Now decorate the chocolate slices with the melted chocolate- cream mixture. When it gets ready then serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on its side.

Kesar Phirni Recipe
Ingredients
Milk (500ml), rice flour (75gms), green cardamom (8), almonds (25gms), pistachios (25gms), saffrons (a few strands), sugar (50gms).
Method of preparation:-
Take a pan, boil milk in it so that it reduces to half its quantity. Add rice flour to the milk and then mix it well so that no lumps are formed. Add sugar and again cook it for sometime to dissolve the sugar. Take some warm water dissolve the saffron in it and add this to the above mixture. Now the phirni gets ready. Pour it in earthen bowls and then garnish it with almonds and pistachios. Keep it to cool and then set it in the refrigerator. When it gets cold then serve it.
