Fresh Fruit Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
Yogurt (2c), apple (1), cherries (8-10), cashew nuts (3-4), raisins (1tsp), saffron or kesar (4-5 strands), mango (1), sugar (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take fresh fruits, wash and peel and take out the seed mango and then cut it into half inch sliced cubes. Take cherries, wash them and keep them aside. Mix all the fruits in a bowl and keep them in the refrigerator until the serving time. Destalk and wash the raisins and then chop the cashew nuts. Take a bowl; add yogurt, sugar and saffron in it. Mix them until the sugar gets dissolved. Before the serving time mix the fruits and then serve it chilled by garnish it with cashew nuts and raisins.

Chickoo Halwa Recipe
Ingredients
Chickoos (6), ghee (1tbsp), khoya or milk powder made paste (150gms), milk (1/2c), cochineal drops or essence (2-3 drops) and sugar (1/4-1/3c).
Method of preparation:-
Take chickoos, peel them and then mash them in a bowl to make a paste of them. Take a heavy saucepan, place it over heat. Add milk in the pan and boil it and then add the mashed chickoos in the pan. Cook it until it gets slightly thick and then add the khoya in the pan. Cook it by stirring continuously. Now add ghee and sugar. Reduce the heat to low and cook it by stirring continuously until the ghee gets oozes. When the halwa gets ready then put it in a serving dish and garnish it in the centre with chopped almonds and walnuts. Serve it hot.

Malai Ladoo Recipe
Ingredients
Cottage cheese or paneer (250gms), condensed milk (1/2c), kewra essence (2-3drops) and yellow color (1/4tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, mash the paneer in it and add the condensed milk in the paneer. Mix it well. Now put this mixture in a pan and cook on low flame by stirring it continuously. Cook it until the mixture gets thicken and leaves the sides of the pan. Add essence in the mixture and then take off the pan from the heat. Mix the mixture properly. Take a plate, Pour the mixture in the plate and keep it to cool. When the mixture gets cool then make the ladoos of this mixture. Sprinkle the powdered elaichi over the ladoos and decorate then with grated dry fruits.
Makes – 20-25 pieces

Pedhas Recipe
Ingredients
Khoya (500gms), sliced pista (8-10), sugar (300gms), cardamom powder (1/2tsp), color as required (3drops) and cookie mould.
Method of preparation:-
Take Khoya, grate it in a bowl. Take a frying pan, put the grated khoya and the powdered sugar in the pan and then mix together. Now cook on the low flame, stirring continuously. Cook it until the mixture gets thicken. It should make a very soft lump. Keep it to cool about 10 minutes. Add cardamom powder and color in the mixture. Mix it properly. Take some mixture in your fist and then make the small ball of this mixture. Take the cookie moulds and place the ball of khoya in it. Press it to give the shape. Now take out the khoya from the mould very carefully and then press the 2-3 slices of pista on the centre of the khoya. Make more pedhas of the remaining mixture in the same way.
Makes – 36 pedhas.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
Sifted flour (3/4c), baking soda (1/4tsp), sugar (1/2c), eggs (2), quick cooking oatmeal (1 1/2c), orange rind (1tbsp), brown sugar (1/2c), walnuts (1/4c), softened margarine (1/2c) and salt (1/2tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together in it.Mix them properly. Take another bowl, beat butter and sugar in it until gets fluffy. Beat the eggs and the vanilla extract in it until gets well blended. Now add the flour mixture in it. Mix it properly until it gets well moistened. Add the quick cooking oatmeal, nuts and the rind in it. Mix them well. When the mixture of all these ingredients gets ready then take a cookie sheet. Grease it properly. Drop the mixture with a teaspoonfuls on the greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Place the sheet in the oven and bake it for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F. turn its side while cooking. When the cookies get baked from both sides then take off the sheet from the oven and keep them to cool. Store them in airtight container.

Badam Kheer Recipe
Ingredients
Almond or badam (1c), Sugar (1c or same amount as almond paste), milk (4-6c), Kesar powder (a small pinch or optional), saffron (1/2tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take saffron soak in a little cold milk and keep it aside. Now take almonds soak them in little cold water and soak them in hot water for about 1 hour. After an hour, take out the almond from the hot water and peel the skin of them and then grind them into fine paste with 1 cup of milk instead of water. Now measure the amount of almond paste in a measuring cup and take the same amount of sugar and then keep it aside. Take a pan. Place it over heat, now cook the almond paste in it for abour 5 to 10 minutes while stirring it constantly. Cook it until the flour comes out. Now add the sugar in the almonds and keep on stirring. Add the remaining milk in the almond and sugar mixture and boil it for 10-15 minutes. Add the soaked saffron in it. When it gets ready then keep it to cool. Serve it cold in the serving dish.

Toll House Pan Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
All purpose flour (2 1/4c), baking soda (1tsp), sugar (3/4c), packed brown sugar (3/4c), salt (1tsp), vanilla extract (1tsp), softened butter (1c), eggs (2), Nestle Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Morsels (2c), chopped nuts (1c optional).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take small a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt in it. Mix it well and keep it aside. Now take a large bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract in it. Beat the mixture until it gets creamy. Now beat the eggs in it and then add the flour mixture in it gradually. Mix both the mixtures properly. Add the chocolate morsels and nuts in the mixture and mix them well in it. Take ungreased cookie sheets and then drop the mixture by the rounded measuring spoonfuls onto the ungreased cookie sheets. Place the sheets in the pre heated oven and bake them for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees F. When the cookies get baked then take out them from the oven and keep them to cool and then store in the air tight container.
Makes – 100 cookies of 2 inches size.

Raabdi Recipe
Ingredients
Whole flour or wheat flour (1c), ghee or unsalted butter (4tbsp), sugar (6-7 tbsp), milk (4c), chopped pistachio nuts (1tbsp), raisins (1tbsp) and chopped almonds (1tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a pan, place it over heat. Then take unsalted butter and melt it in the pan on mild flame for about few minutes or until to prepare ghee from the butter. Take 1 cup of sieved wheat flour and put it in the pan of ghee or melted butter. Stir the flour continuously until it turns very light brown in color. You can smell the aroma around while roasting the flour in the ghee. Now add milk to the wheat flour and then add the sugar to the mixture. Stir the mixture continuously and cook it for about 10 -15 minutes on mild flame until it just becomes little bit thick. Be careful about the mixture it should not be too thick. When it gets ready then garnish it with the chopped pistachios, raisins and almonds. Serve it in the serving dish.

Cheesy Sweet Jamuns Recipe
Ingredients
Puffed rice, washed and soaked in water for 2 hours (150gms), oil for frying, baking powder (1/4tsp), mava (60gms).
For stuffing:-Grated amul cheese (90gms), sugar (100gms), grated coconut (2tsp), mava (90gms), chopped cashew nuts (1tbsp), chopped chironji (1tsp), chopped raisins (1tbsp).
For syrup:-Sugar (200gms), rose essence (2tsp), water (3c), cardamom powder (1/2tsp), milk (1tbsp) and silver foil for the decoration.
Method of preparation:-
First make the syrup boiling water with the sugar. Add milk in it to remove the scum from its surface. When the syrup gets ready then take off the pan from the heat and flavor it with essence and cardamom powder. Keep it aside. Take a frying pan, place it over heat. Cook the mava in it for stuffing in it until it turns golden brown. Add the other ingredients and mix them well and then make the small balls of this mixture. Keep them aside. Drain out the puffed rice from the water and mix with the ingredients for jamuns except oil. Knead the mixture properly and then make the balls of this mixture. Flatten out the puffed rice balls and place the mava ball on it. Fold over and close the sides. Put them in hot oil for deep frying until turn’s dark brown. Drain them and dip them in warm syrup for an hour. Decorate them with silver foil and serve them warm.
Make about – 24 jamuns

Dry Fruit Halwa Recipe
Ingredients
Cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts and pistachios (100gms each), sugar (300gms), ghee or oil (1c), Khoya (400gms), ground cardamom (2), black raisins (50gms).
Method of preparation:-
Take cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts and pistachios in a grinder and grind them coarsely. Heat the ghee in a pan, put the Khoya in it. Fry it and stir it all the time until it turns to light brown and then keep it aside. Boil the milk in the pan and add the sugar in it. Stir it until the sugar gets dissolve. Take off the pan from the heat and then mix this dissolved sugar in the Khoya. Mix it well then add the coarsely grounded dry fruits, cardamom powder and raisins. Now take a greased plate, place the mixture of dry fruits in it with a spoon and smoothen it with a flat spoon. Keep it to cool and then cut into diamond shaped pieces and garnish with pistachios and almonds.
