Pizza Omelette Recipe

Ingredients
Beaten eggs (8), grated vegetarian cheddar (85gms), stonned black olives (handful), tomato passata sauce (4tbsp), olive oil (1tbsp), oregano (1tsp).

Method of preparation:-
First heat the grill to high. Take a bowl, beat eggs in it and then add oregano and salt and pepper in it. Again beat it thoroughly. Take a large ovenproof frying pan, heat oil in it and then pour the beaten egg mixture in it. Cook it over low heat by stirring it for about 4 minutes until the eggs get set in the pan. Then place the pan under the grill until the eggs get puffed. Now spread the sauce over it. Sprinkle the olives and cheese on top. Again grill it until the cheese gets melted. Now the pizza omelette gets ready. Cut it and serve it with green salad.

Layered Tuna and Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Dry cavetelli or medium shell macroni (1 1/3c), chopped seeded cucumber (1c), Chunk white tuna, drained and broken into chunks (1can about 9 ½ ounce), sliced ripe olives, drained (1can about 2 ½ ounce), sliced green onion (2tbsp), finely shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (1/2c), sliced hard cooked egg (2), frozen peas (1c), chopped seeded tomato (1c), shredded iceberg lettuce (4c), herb dressing.
Herb dressing:- Dijon mustard (1tbsp), fresh lemon juice (1tbsp), snipped fresh chives (1tbsp), chopped flat parsley (1/4c), plain yogurt (1/3c), mayonnaise or salad dressing (1/2c).
Take a bowl; mix all these ingredients to prepare dressing mixture.

Method of preparation:-
layered-tuna-and-pasta-saladTake pasta, cook it in boiling water in a pan until it gets firm to bite. Take out the pasta from the water, rinse it in cold water and drain it again. Take a glass salad bowl or a serving dish. Place the shredded lettuce in it. Then add the layer of cooked pasta, cucumber, tomato tuna, peas, olives and then add egg slices as a top layer. Now spread the herb dressing on the top of the salad. Then sprinkle the cheese and the green onions. Cover the dish with plastic wrap. Keep it to chill for overnight. Lightly mix the layers of salad and then serve it.

Candy Party Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour (1 1/2c), firmly packed brown sugar (1/2c), granulated sugar 91/2c), softened butter (10tsp), salt (1/2tsp), baking soda (1/2tsp), chopped candy bars like nestle crunch bars, butterfinger bars, alpine white bars etc. (1c), cut up fruits like banana and strawberries 91c), peanut butter (1/2c), Nestle toll house semi sweet morsels divided (1package), vanilla extract (1/2tsp) and egg (1).

Method of preparation:-
candy-party-pizzaFirst heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a small bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda in it and then keep it aside. Take a large bowl, add butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in it and beat the mixture until it gets creamy. Add vanilla extract and egg in it and then mix it. Slowly beat the flour in it. Add nestle semi- sweet chocolate morsels in it and then mix it. Take a pizza pan, grease it lightly and then spread the batter in it. Place the pizza pan in oven and bake it for 20 to 24 minutes until it turns lightly brown in color. Then dust the sweet chocolate morsels over the crust. Add the peanut butter on it and keep it for about 5 minutes until it gets soft. Spread the fruit and candy on the top. Then cut the pizza into wedges and then serve it hot.

Ingredients
Eggs (6), red onion (1med.), green capsicum, cut into thin strips (1/2), crushed garlic (1clove), tomatoes, cut into rings (2big), grated cheese (1/2c), butter (1tbsp), lime juice (2tbsp), chopped coriander leaves (a handful), chopped green chilies (3), red capsicum, cut into thin strips (1/2), potato (1med.) and salt (to taste).

Method of preparation:-
egg-pizzaTake potatoes, boil them, peel them and then cut them into pieces. Take onion, peel it and cut half of it in rings and chop the other half. Take a pan, place it over heat and melt the butter in it. Fry the chopped onions in it until they get soft and then add crushed garlic and chopped chilies in it. Fry them for 1 minute and then add capsicum and potatoes in it. Fry them for about 2 minutes and add salt in it. Now add the chopped coriander and lime juice in it. Take a bowl, beat eggs in it and then season it. Put the cooked vegetables in it. Take a dish, grease it and pour the egg mixture in the dish. Place the dish under the hot grill for about 3 minutes until it gets set. Take out the dish and then place the onion rings and tomato rings in layers. Now dust the cheese on the top and bake it for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Ingredients
Pizza bases (4), eggs (4), Jar Napolitana pasta sauce (500gms), chopped parsley (2tbsp), grated mozzarella cheese (1/2c), grated cheddar cheese (1/2c), punnet cherry tomatoes, sliced in half (250gms), cooked sausages, cooled and sliced (400gms).

Method of preparation:-

Place the sliced sausage and then tomatoes on the pizza bases. Make a hole in the centre of each pizza base and then pour egg into each hole. Mix all the cheese and then dust the cheese mixture over the pizzas. Place them in the preheated oven and then bake them for about 15 minutes. Then take out the pizzas from the oven and then dust the chopped parsley over them and then serve them.

Chingri Macher Kofta Recipe

Ingredients
For Kofta:- Egg (1), coconut (1/2c), ghee (2tbsp), mustard oil (2tsp), prawns (500gms), finely chopped onions (2big size), chopped coriander leaves (1tbsp), bay leaves (2), finely chopped green chilies (4), breadcrumbs (2tbsp) and salt (to taste).
Grind to paste:- Ginger (1-inch), turmeric (2-inch) and onion (1large).

Method of preparation:-
chingri-macher-koftaTake prawns, remove the shell, de-vein them and then wash them. Then boil them. When they get cooked then grind them to make paste. Put the paste in a bowl and add onions, green chilies, salt and chopped coriander leaves in it. Mix all these ingredients with paste. Make the small balls of this mixture. Dip the balls in beaten egg and then roll them in breadcrumbs. Now fry them in hot mustard oil. Drain them and then keep them aside. Take out the milk from the coconut. Make the paste of ginger, onion, turmeric and garam masala for the gravy. Take a saucepan, heat oil in it. Then add bay leaves and ground masala in it. Fry them for about 4 to 5 minutes by stirring. Slowly add salt and the coconut milk extract in it. Now add the fried koftas in it and keep the curry to simmer for about 10 minutes until the gravy gets thick. Put the pure ghee on the top of the dish and then serve it.

Ingredients
Eggs (4), peeled and cut into slices potato (1), vegetable oil, salt (to taste), finely sliced onion (1small), finely sliced capsicum (1), sliced mushrooms (5) and black pepper (to taste).

Ingredients:
Eggs (2), Egg yolk (1), cornstarch (1 1/2tsp), salt (1/4tsp), ground ginger (1/8tsp) and chicken broth, divided (4c) and chopped fresh chives.

Method of preparation:-

Carefully Drizzle small egg into the boiling broth mixture so that egg should cook immediately. When the egg has been dropped then adds the cornstarch mixture slowly to it. Stir it until the soup achieves desired consistency.

Scrumbled Eggs with Bindi Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs (3), bindi (30), cooking oil (1tbsp), green chilly (3-4) and salt (to taste).

Method of preparation:-

Eggs In Tamarind Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs (4), chopped tomatoes (2), chopped onions (2), turmeric powder (1/4tsp), asafoetida powder (1/8tsp), red chili powder (1tsp), urad dal (1/2tsp), mustard seeds (1/2tsp), crushed garlic (3flakes), salt (to taste), oil (2tbsp) and tamarind (lemon size ball).

Method of preparation:-
eggs-in-tamarind-sauceTake a bowl, soak tamarind with 2 cups of hot water for about 10 minutes in the bowl. Then remove the seeds from the tamarind and keep the tamarind juice aside. Take a pan, heat oil in it and then add mustard seeds, urad dal, garlic, tomatoes and onions in it. Fry them for about 5 minutes and then pour the tamarind extract in it. Add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt in it. Cover the pan and keep it to boil for about 10 minutes. Then break the eggs on the top of the gravy. Reduce the heat to medium and keep it to boil until the eggs are cooked and the gravy becomes thick. When the gravy gets thickens then garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
