Egg Halwa Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs (4), ghee (3tbsp), cashew nuts (2tbsp), cloves (5), green cardamom (5), raisins (2tbsp), sugar (7tbsp or more).

Method of preparation:-
egg-halwaTake a pan, place it over flame. Heat ghee in it. Add cardamom, cloves, cashew nuts and raisins in it. Sauté them in the hot ghee until the cashew nuts becomes little brown in color. Take a bowl, break 4 eggs in it and then beat them well in the bowl. Add the beaten eggs in the pan and then stir them immediately. Now add sugar in the egg in pan and again stir it for about 5 minutes. When the mixture gets thicken then the egg halwa is ready. Take a serving dish, put the egg halwa in it and garnish it with chopped dry fruits. Serve it hot in the serving dish.

Egg Kebabs Recipe

Ingredients
Hard boiled eggs (6), finely chopped green chilies (2), finely chopped mint leaves (1tbsp), finely chopped coriander leaves (1tbsp), finely chopped onion (1small), gram flour (2tsp), black pepper powder (1/2tsp), salt (to taste), oil (for frying), chili powder (1/4tsp).

Method of preparation:-
egg-kebabsTake hard boiled eggs, grate them finely. Mix the grated eggs with all the ingredients except oil. Mix them well and then knead to smooth dough. Divide it into 10 to 12 portions. Shape each portion of dough into flat round cutlets and then keep them aside. Take a deep frying pan, heat oil in it. Fry the kebabs in hot oil few at a time until gets crispy or golden brown. Drain the kebabs ion the paper towel. Garnish the egg kebabs with onion rings and then serve them hot with mint chutney.

Egg Tikka Recipe

Ingredients
Hard boiled eggs (6), Boiled potatoes (3), bread crumbs (1c), black pepper powder (3tsp), raw egg whites (3), chopped coriander leaves (a bunch), oil (for frying) and salt (to taste).

Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl egg-tikkabeat the eggs whites in it. Take another bowl, mashed the boiled potatoes in it and then add the salt and pepper powder to the mashed potatoes. Mix them well. Take boiled eggs, cut them into halves. Then cover the halved eggs with the potato paste and dip into the beaten egg white. Take some breadcrumbs in a plate. Roll the dipped egg over the breadcrumbs. Take a frying pan, heat oil in it. Deep fry the eggs in the hot oil until get golden brown. Drain the fried egg tikka on the paper towel. Garnish them with chopped coriander leaves and then serve them hot with chutney.

Egg Korma Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs (6), milk (1/4c), ghee or butter (3tbsp), grated coconut (1c), cloves (6), turmeric powder (1/2tsp), salt (to taste), small ginger piece, cardamom (2), cinnamon (1stick), coriander powder (3tbsp), green chilies (8), cashew nuts (2tbsp), chopped into big pieces, onions (6).

Method of preparation:-
egg-kormaMake the paste of green chilies, coriander powder, grated coconut, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric by blending them in a blender. Separate the egg yolk from the eggs. Beat the egg white in a bowl, until it gets foamed. To the beaten egg white add egg yolk, milk, salt and again beat them for about 10 minutes. Take a wide vessel, boil water in it and then add the egg mixture in the water. Cook it until the eggs get boiled then remove them from the water and cut them into equal pieces. Take a frying pan, heat ghee in it,. Fry the cashew nuts until get brown. Now add onions, grounded paste, salt and fry it for few minutes. Add some water and keep it to cook. Then add the egg pieces and cook until the gravy gets thickens. Now it is ready to serve. Serve it with paratha or plain rice.

Egg Malai Masala Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs (6), chopped onion (2), green chilies (4), ginger (1inch piece), salt (to taste), ghee or butter (2tbsp), garam masala (1/2tsp), milk (1/2c), curry leaves.

Method of preparation:-
egg-malai-masalaTake eggs, boil them in a pan and then cut them into two pieces each. Make the paste of onions, green chilies and ginger by blending them in a blender. Take a pan, heat ghee in it and then fry the paste in it until the gets golden in color. Add the boiled egg pieces and fry them for few minutes. Then add the milk, salt and cook until the bubbles appears in the milk. Now add the chopped curry leaves and then cook until the gravy gets thickens. When it gets ready then sprinkles a little garam masala powder on the top and then serve with paratha or pulao.

Egg and Kheema Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs (6-8), chopped onions (2), chopped tomato (1), Kheema (1kg), garlic (3cloves), ginger (1inch), chili powder (1tsp), turmeric (1tsp), salt (to taste), coriander powder (1tsp) and ghee or butter (2tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
egg-and-kheemaTake garlic and ginger and cut then into small pieces. Take a pan, heat ghee in it. Fry the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste in the oil until they get the golden color. Add kheema, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric and salt in the pan. Cook it until the water disappears. Then add the chopped tomatoes. Take a bowl, break eggs in it and then add to the kheema. See that the egg forms a layer above the kheema. Cook it until the eggs gets boiled. Now it is ready to serve. Serve it with rotis.

Mini Cheese Omelettes with Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Beaten eggs (6),Sliced into thin sticks, mozzarella cheese (200gms), butter (3tsp), finely chopped onions (1), finely chopped tomatoes (300gms), freshly grated parmesan cheese (2tsp), olive oil (3tsp), salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste).

Method of preparation:-
mini-cheese-omelettes-with-tomato-sauceFirst heat the oven to 200 degrees C. Take a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and freshly ground peppers. Take a pan, heat ¼ teaspoon of butter in it. Pour a little of the beaten eggs into the pan and then make a thin omelette of it. Cook the omelette until it is cooked from both sides and then put it on a plate. Make more omelettes in the same way until the egg is used. Make about 8 omelettes. Divide the mozzarella cheese among omelettes, roll them up and then place them in oven proof dish. Heat olive oil in the pan, fry garlic and onions in oil until get soft. Add tomatoes and keep them to simmer for about 15 minutes. Mash the tomatoes well. Now pour the sauce over the omelettes, sprinkle the parmesan cheese and then bake for about 10 minutes. Now it is ready to serve. Serve it with salad and crusty bread.

Sweet and Sour Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
Boiled eggs (4), corn flour (1tbsp), sugar (1/2c), Chicken stock or water (1/2c), vinegar (1/2c), finely chopped ginger garlic (1tbsp), ground nut oil (1tbsp), chopped carrot (1), pineapple juice (1tbsp) and small pineapple pieces.

Method of preparation:-

Now add the carrot pieces, pineapple pieces and cook it for few minutes. Take a bowl, add corn flour and water to make the batter of this. Now pour this mixture to the above mixture. Cook it until the gravy gets thicken. Take boiled eggs, cut them into four pieces and add it to the gravy. Cook it for few minutes and then take off the pan from heat and serve it hot with rice.

Scotch Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs (4), chopped onions (50gms), pepper powder (1/4tsp), lemon (1), potatoes (150gms), maida or all purpose flour (25gms), oil (for frying), salt (to taste), bread powder (50gms), cilantro (2small bunches), toaster sauce (3tsp) and meat (250gms).

Method of preparation:-
scotch-eggsTake 3 eggs, boil them and then remove their shells. Sprinkle the 1 teaspoon of maida flour on the boiled eggs and then keep them aside. Take a vessel, boil kheem a in it. Squeeze all the water from the kheema and then keep it aside. Take a pan, heat oil in it. Fry onions in the pan, along with kheema, salt, pepper powder, capsica sauce and toaster sauce and cook it for 10 minutes. Now take off the pan from the heat. Take potatoes, boil them, peel and mash them and then add them to the kheema. Add cilantro, lemon juice to this mixture and then apply it around the boiled eggs as a thick layer. Take a bowl, beat the remaining eggs with a fork in it. Soak the kheema egg in it and then roll it in the bread powder. Fry it in the hot oil until it gets golden brown. Drain it and serve it with tomato sauce.

Egg Custard Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs (8), vanilla (1tbsp), milk (4c), sugar (1c), salt (1/2tsp), milk (4c) and nutmeg powder.

Method of preparation:-
egg-custardTake a large bowl, break eggs in it. Beat them by using a mixer or egg beater. Now add sugar, salt and vanilla to it. Keep on beating until add milk to the beaten eggs. Take the custard dishes and fill them with egg milk mixture. Then sprinkle the nutmeg powder on the top of each dish. Now put the custard dishes in the preheated oven at 375 degrees F. After 50 minutes check the custard it should be brown in color otherwise keep it in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then take out the custard dishes from the oven. Now the egg custard is ready. Serve it hot or cold.
