Sweet Potato and Banana Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Thickly sliced bananas (2)
2. sweet potatoes (450gms)
3. green bell pepper (1)
4. red bell pepper (1)
5. garlic clove (1)
6. lemon juice (1tbsp)
7. butter (50gms)
8. thick slices white bread crust removed and sliced (2)
9. salt and pepper (to taste)
For dressing:-
1. Olive oil (2tbsp)
2. lemon juice (2tbsp)
3. chopped fresh chives (2tbsp)
4. clear honey (2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan, boil water in it and then cook sweet potatoes in it for about 10 to 15 minutes until they get soft. Then drain them and keep them aside.
2. Take a frying pan, melt butter in it. Add garlic, lemon juice and bell peppers in it and cook them for about 3 minutes by stirring. Then put the banana slices in the pan and cook them for 1 minute.
3. Take out the banana slices from the pan and mix them to the sweet potatoes. Then cook the bread cubes in the frying pan for about 2 minutes until they get golden brown from all sides. Mix the dressing ingredients in a pan and heat them.
4. Take serving dish, place the potato mixture on it and add salt and pepper according to taste. Now pour the dressing over the salad. Now the salad is ready. Serve it immediately.

Grape Apple Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Red grapes, halved and seeded (1/2c)
2. water (1/4c)
3. unflavored gelatin (1tbsp)
4. chopped celery (1/4c)
5. apple juice (1/2c)
6. diced apple (1c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take gelatin; soak it in water for about 5 minutes until it gets soften. Take a pan, place it over low heat. Heat gelatin in it by stirring until it gets dissolved.
2. Then add apple juice in it and keep it to cool until it gets thicken. Mix celery and fruits in it. Then pour this mixture into 3 cup moulds. Keep the moulds in refrigerator to chill. When it gets chilled then the salad is ready to serve.

Candy Party Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (1 1/2c)
2. firmly packed brown sugar (1/2c)
3. granulated sugar (1/2c)
4. softened butter (10tsp)
5. salt (1/2tsp)
6. baking soda (1/2tsp)
7. chopped candy bars like nestle crunch bars, butterfinger bars, alpine white bars etc. (1c)
8. cut up fruits like banana and strawberries (1c)
9. peanut butter (1/2c)
10. Nestle toll house semi sweet morsels divided (1package)
11. vanilla extract (1/2tsp)
12. egg (1)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a small bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda in it and then keep it aside.
2. Take a large bowl, add butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in it and beat the mixture until it gets creamy. Add vanilla extract and egg in it and then mix it.
3. Slowly beat the flour in it. Add nestle semi- sweet chocolate morsels in it and then mix it. Take a pizza pan, grease it lightly and then spread the batter in it.
4. Place the pizza pan in oven and bake it for 20 to 24 minutes until it turns lightly brown in color. Then dust the sweet chocolate morsels over the crust.
5. Add the peanut butter on it and keep it for about 5 minutes until it gets soft. Spread the fruit and candy on the top. Then cut the pizza into wedges and then serve it hot.

Eggnog Fruit Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (3c)
2. candied fruit (1c)
3. vegetable oil (1c)
4. vanilla extract (3/4tsp)
5. eggnog (1 1/2c)
6. salt (1/2tsp)
7. eggs (3)
8. baking powder (2tsp)
9. rum extract (3/4tsp)
10. sugar (1 1/2c)
11. chopped walnuts (1/2c)
12. ground nutmeg (1/2tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, beat eggs and oil in it. Add eggnog, sugar, rum and vanilla extract in it and then beat it well.
2. Take another bowl, add 2 ½ cup of flour, salt, baking powder and nutmeg in it. Now add this to the egg mixture. Take remaining flour, toss the fruits in it and then stir into batter. Add the walnuts in it.
3. Take two loafs pan, grease them and then pour the mixture in these pans. Place the pans in the preheated oven. Bake it for 60 to 65 minutes at 350 degrees F. Then keep on the wire rack for about 10 minutes to cool. Now the eggnog fruit bread is ready to serve.

Fruit Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Refined flour (1/2kg)
2. baking powder (4tsp)
3. vanilla essence (4tsp)
4. butter (1/2kg)
5. egg (1kg)
6. cherries (175gms)
7. chopped dates (250gms)
8. chopped cashew nuts (175gms)
9. grapes with seeds (200gms)
10. powdered sugar (1kg)
11. brandy (optional)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take grapes, dates and cherries, slice them into very small pieces. Soak and keep the slices in brandy one week before preparaing the cake.
2. Take a pan, place it over heat and then put 1/2kg of sugar in it. Add a little water and keep it stirring on low heat to avoid burning. Take off the pan from the heat when the sugar turns brown.
3. Take the remaining powdered sugar in a bowl and mix butter in it. Keep it aside. Take a large bowl, sieve flour and baking powder together in it. Add the soaked fruits in brandy and the chopped cashew nuts in it. Mix them well.
4. Now beat egg white and egg yolk in a bowl and then mix it to the sugar-butter mixture and then mix it well. Now add the vanilla essence in it.
5. Take a greased and floured vessel, pour this mixture and then the fruit mixture evenly. Repeat it alternately.
6. Place the vessel in preheated oven and bake it for 40 minutes at 3500C and then take it out. Keep it to cool and then take out the cake on a plate. Now the fruit cake is ready to serve.

Fruit Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1. Mixed fruits (apple, pineapple, ripe mango, banana etc)
2. vanilla essence (1/2tsp)
3. sugar (2c)
4. ripe tomatoes (2)
5. cashew nuts (few)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take 2 ripe tomatoes; blend them in a mixer into a smooth paste by adding a cup of water. Take a pan, pour this juice in the pan.
2. Take all fruits, peel the skin from them and then cut them into small pieces. Add the cut pieces of fruits and sugar in the pan to the tomato juice and keep it to boil. Keep stirring it occasionally.
3. When the fruits get cooked and the raw smell of tomatoes disappears then adds the vanilla essence. When the bubbles appear and the pudding gets thick in then take off the pan from the heat.
4. Take a kadai, heat ghee in it and add small pieces of cashew nuts. When the cashew nuts turn brown in color then add pour them into the pudding and mix them. Keep it to cool and then place it in the refrigerator until it is served.

Melon Pineapple and Grape Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1. Watermelon (1/2small)
2. grape juice (1/2c)
3. green grapes (250gms)
4. pineapple (1/2small)
5. chaat masala (1tsp)
6. fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take watermelon and pineapple. Pare the skin of watermelon and pineapple with a sharp knife. Scoop out the small balls from the peeled melon by using a parisienne scoop and cut the pineapple into small pieces with a knife.
2. Take grapes and mint leaves, wash them and then cut the grapes into halves. Now take serving glasses. Mix all the fruits in the glasses one by one and then pour the grape juice over the fruits.
3. Sprinkle the chaat masala over the fruits in the glasses and then garnish it with the fresh mint leaves and then serve the cocktail when it gets chilled.

Mixed Fruit Lassi Recipe
Ingredients
1. Pear (1med.)
2. apple (1med.)
3. honey (2tbsp)
4. apricot preserve (2tbsp)
5. yogurt (2c)
6. fresh mint leaves (4)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pear and an apple of medium size. Wash them properly and then chop them into small pieces. Take a blender. Blend the chopped pear and apple in a blender. Blend it properly.
2. Add the yogurt, honey and the apricot preserve. Again blend it until the mixture gets smooth. Add a cup of ice cubes and again blend it. Now add the mint leaves and again blend it.
3. When the mixed fruit lassi gets ready then take the serving glasses and pour it in the glasses and serve it chilled. Fruits and honey use the nutrient value of this tasty lassi.

Fresh Fruit Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
1. Yogurt (2c)
2. apple (1)
3. cherries (8-10)
4. cashew nuts (3-4)
5. raisins (1tsp)
6. saffron or kesar (4-5 strands)
7. mango (1)
8. sugar (2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take fresh fruits, wash and peel and take out the seed mango and then cut it into half inch sliced cubes.
2. Take cherries, wash them and keep them aside. Mix all the fruits in a bowl and keep them in the refrigerator until the serving time. Destalk and wash the raisins and then chop the cashew nuts.
3. Take a bowl; add yogurt, sugar and saffron in it. Mix them until the sugar gets dissolved. Before the serving time mix the fruits and then serve it chilled by garnish it with cashew nuts and raisins.

Pineapple Gojju Recipe
Ingredients
1. Crushed pineapples (1can)
2. mustard seeds (1tsp)
3. urad dal (1tbsp)
4. channa dal (1tbsp)
5. sesame seeds (1tbsp)
6. turmeric powder (1/4tsp)
7. asafoetida or hing (1/4tsp)
8. grated coconut (1/2c)
9. oil fur frying (4-5tbsp)
10. red chillies (3)
11. green chillies (2)
12. jaggery (a small piece) or brown sugar (1tbsp)
13. tamarind paste (1/2tsp)
14. salt (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pan, place it over heat. Add channa dal, urad dal, sesame seeds, asafoetida in the pan. Dry fry those until they get roast for about 5-6 minutes.
2. Put all these fried ingredients in the grinder and then grind them with green chilies, red chilies, jaggery or brown sugar, tamarind paste and grated coconut to a smooth paste. Add little water while grinding.
3. Take a Kadai, heat the oil in it for a minute then add mustard seeds and turmeric powder in it. Now add the crushed pineapple to it and fry them for about 15 minutes. Then add the ground paste to the fried pineapples and again fry them for 10 minutes.
4. Add salt according to the taste and now take off the kadai from the heat. This can be serving as a side dish with chapattis or rice and it can be eaten hot or cold.
