Traditional Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Pizza breads (3 about 6” diameter), butter (2tbsp), corn flour (2tbsp), cinnamon clove powder (1/4tsp), oman or oregano seeds (1/4tsp), crushed red chilies (1/2tsp), sugar (1/2tsp), salt (to taste), garlic flakes (8 to 10), tomato ketchup (2tbsp), finely chopped onions (1/2c), tomato puree (1c).
For Topping:- Finely chopped coriander (1tbsp), onions (2), tomato ketchup (1tbsp), cooking cheese grated (4 to 5 tbsp), capsicum (1).
Method of preparation:-
Take capsicum and onions, cut them into thin and round slices for the topping and then keep them aside. Take a pan, heat butter in it and then fry the chopped onions for about 2 to 3 minutes by stirring. Add the tomato puree in it and keep it to boil. Mix clove powder, cinnamon powder, salt, chili powder, garlic and then add all these ingredients in the pan except corn flour. Keep it to simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Take a small bowl, add corn flour and ½ cup of water in it. Mix it well to make smooth paste. Add this paste to the boiling sauce, cook it by stirring until it gets thick enough to spread on the pizza. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Then spread the sauce on the pizza bread. Place the slices of capsicum and onions over the sauce. Dust the chopped coriander leaves over it and then add grated cheese to cover. Now place the pizza bread in preheated oven and bake it for about 5 minutes until the base gets crispy and then cheese gets melt. Take out the pizza from the oven and then cut it into triangles and serve it hot.

Potato Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Potatoes (2), grated cheese, cumin seeds (1tsp), finely chopped tomato (1), chopped green chilies (2 to 3), finely chopped green pepper or capsicum (1), chill powder (1tsp), salt (to taste), coconut (optional).
Method of preparation:-
Take potatoes, wash them and then grate them in a bowl. Add cumin seeds, salt and chili powder to it. Take a flat bottomed pan or tawa, place it over heat. Spread some oil on it and then spread the grated potatoes on it. Press the grated potatoes on tawa to make solid base. Put all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix them properly and then spread this mixture on the solid base. Cover the pan and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Now take off the cover from the pan. Now the potato pizza is ready to serve. Fold it and serve it hot with tomato Ketchup.

White Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Dry yeast (3tsp), white flour (4 to 5 c), olive oil, dried rosemary, kosher salt, olive oil (1tbsp), salt (1tsp), warm water (2c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, add warm water in it. Put yeast in it and then mix 3 cups of flour in the bowl. Add olive oil and salt in it. Add more flour if needed to make the dough tight. Take a greased bowl, put the dough in it and then keep the bowl aside until the dough gets fluffy. Knead the dough and then roll it on the floured surface to any desired shape. Take cookie sheet, place the dough in it. Spread the olive oil over the dough. Make the dimples on the dough with thumb and fingers. Dust the Kosher salt and rosemary on the dough. Keep the dough for sometime to rise and then bake for about 25 minutes at 375 degrees F. Now the pizza is ready to serve.

Candy Party Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
All purpose flour (1 1/2c), firmly packed brown sugar (1/2c), granulated sugar 91/2c), softened butter (10tsp), salt (1/2tsp), baking soda (1/2tsp), chopped candy bars like nestle crunch bars, butterfinger bars, alpine white bars etc. (1c), cut up fruits like banana and strawberries 91c), peanut butter (1/2c), Nestle toll house semi sweet morsels divided (1package), vanilla extract (1/2tsp) and egg (1).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a small bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda in it and then keep it aside. Take a large bowl, add butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in it and beat the mixture until it gets creamy. Add vanilla extract and egg in it and then mix it. Slowly beat the flour in it. Add nestle semi- sweet chocolate morsels in it and then mix it. Take a pizza pan, grease it lightly and then spread the batter in it. Place the pizza pan in oven and bake it for 20 to 24 minutes until it turns lightly brown in color. Then dust the sweet chocolate morsels over the crust. Add the peanut butter on it and keep it for about 5 minutes until it gets soft. Spread the fruit and candy on the top. Then cut the pizza into wedges and then serve it hot.

Pizza On The Grill Recipe
Ingredients
All purpose flour (3 1/3c), shredded mozzarella cheese (2c), chopped fresh basils (4tbsp), chopped tomatoes (1c), roasted red peppers (1/4c), warm water (1c), white sugar (1pinch), minced garlic (1tsp), olive oil (1/2c), minced garlic (2cloves), olive oil (1tbsp), kosher salt (2tsp), sliced black olives (1/4c), tomato sauce (1/4c), active dry yeast (1package).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, put warm water in it and add yeast in it and then mix sugar in it. Keep it for about 10 minutes or until it gets bubbly. Then add flour, olive oil and salt in it and keep it until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Now place the dough on the lightly floured surface and knead it for about 8 minutes until it gets smooth. Take a bowl, oiled it properly and then put the dough in it. Cover the dough with wet cloth. Keep it aside for about 1 hour until it gets double in size. Then knead it in basil and garlic and keep it aside for 1 hour more or until it gets doubled again. Heat the grill for high heat. Take a small bowl, put olive oil and garlic in it and place the bowl in microwave to heat it for about 30 seconds. Take it out and keep it aside. Knead the dough and then divide it in half. Make the rectangle shape of each half. Apply the garlic flavoured olive oil on grill grate. Then place the one piece of dough on hot grill. Immediately the dough will get puffed. When the bottom crust gets lightly brown then turn its side.rub the crust with oil and then apply the tomato sauce on it. Place chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives and the red peppers over the crust. Then dust the cheese and basils on the top. Cover with lid and cook until the cheese gets melt. Take of the pizza from the grill and keep it aside to cool slightly and then serve it.

Muffin Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
English muffin (6), capsicum (1), salt (to taste), oregano Italian spice leaf (1tbsp), mayonnaise (2tbsp), onion (1), tomatoes (1 to 2), grated mozzarella cheese (1 1/2c).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 450degrees for about 5 to 10 minutes. Take all the vegetables and onions, cut them into very small pieces. Add cheese, mayonnaise, Italian leaf and salt in it. Mash the leaf slightly with hands and mix them properly. Put the mixture in muffins with your hands and then press it slightly to safe it on the top of muffins. Take a baking tray, line it with aluminium foil and then place the muffins with mixture on it. Place the tray in oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes. When the cheese gets melt then change the oven knob to broil position and again bake it for 5 to 8 minutes until it changes its color to slightly brown. Now take out the pizza muffins from oven and then sprinkle the red pepper powder and sauce on the top. Serve them hot.

Easy Bread Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Plain white bread (4slices), finely cut bell pepper (4tbsp), shredded cheese (1c), salt (to taste), pepper (to taste), finely chopped onion (1small), black slices olives (8tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 400degrees c. Take bread slices, lightly apply the butter on bread slices. Spread 2 tablespoon of olives in layer, 1 tablespoon of bell pepper, 2 tablespoon of onion and then spread cheese on top. Dust salt and pepper according to taste. Now place the bread slices in oven and bake them until the cheese gets melted and change its color to brown. Take out the pizza from oven and serve it hot.

Egg Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Eggs (6), red onion (1med.), green capsicum, cut into thin strips (1/2), crushed garlic (1clove), tomatoes, cut into rings (2big), grated cheese (1/2c), butter (1tbsp), lime juice (2tbsp), chopped coriander leaves (a handful), chopped green chilies (3), red capsicum, cut into thin strips (1/2), potato (1med.) and salt (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
Take potatoes, boil them, peel them and then cut them into pieces. Take onion, peel it and cut half of it in rings and chop the other half. Take a pan, place it over heat and melt the butter in it. Fry the chopped onions in it until they get soft and then add crushed garlic and chopped chilies in it. Fry them for 1 minute and then add capsicum and potatoes in it. Fry them for about 2 minutes and add salt in it. Now add the chopped coriander and lime juice in it. Take a bowl, beat eggs in it and then season it. Put the cooked vegetables in it. Take a dish, grease it and pour the egg mixture in the dish. Place the dish under the hot grill for about 3 minutes until it gets set. Take out the dish and then place the onion rings and tomato rings in layers. Now dust the cheese on the top and bake it for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Mini Pizzas Recipe
Ingredients
Puff pastry, thawed (1sheet), basil leaves (8), Baby cherry or bboccocini (4), salt 9to taste), pepper (to taste), tomato paste (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Take a baking tray, line it with thin paper. Take pastry; cut the rounds of 8*6 cm. Place the rounds on the baking tray. Take tomato paste, apply it on each round and then dust salt and pepper on it. Now place half a ball of bocconcini on each round to top. Now place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake it for about 10 to 12 minutes. Take out the tray from oven and keep it aside for 3 to 4 minutes and then decorate each pizza with basil; leaf. Now the pizza is ready to serve. Serve it hot.

Ingredients
Round breads (4), dried oregano (1/2), onion slices, grated mozzarella cheese (1c), Corn flour (1tbsp), cinnamon powder (1/8tsp), dried oregano (1/8tsp), crushed red chili (1/4tsp), sugar (1/2tbsp), garlic flakes (3), tomato puree (1/2c), salt (to taste) and butter (1tbsp), Boiled corn kernels (1/2c), black pepper powder (1/2tsp), tomato puree (1tbsp), minced onion (1/2), finely chopped capsicum (1/2c), minced meat (1/2kg) and salt (to taste).
Method of preparation:-
Take a pan, place it over heat. Heat butter in it. Put the tomato puree in it and keep it to boil. Mix together cinnamon powder, salt, chili powder and garlic in it. Except corn flour mix all the ingredients in it and keep it to simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat. Make the paste of corn flour by adding 1/4cup of water in a bowl. Now put the boiling sauce in it and mix it and then cook it until it gets thick enough. Keep it to cool. Take a frying pan, fry the meat in it until it becomes brown in color. Then add all the ingredients of burgers in the pan. Keep it to simmer for about 10 minutes. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Now take breads, apply butter on the breads. Place on the baking tray and apply the sauce over it. Place 1 burger on each bread and then decorate it with mozzarella cheese. Place the onion slices on the top and then bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese gets melted. Add chopped capsicum and mushrooms on the top. Now the pizza is ready to serve. Serve it hot with French fries.
