Soya Chilly Chunk Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Pizza base (2medium about 200gms each)
For spread:-
1. Oil (1tsp)
2. pepper (a dash)
3. garlic cloves (4)
4. tomatoes (100gms)
For topping:-
1. Cornflour (1tsp)
2. maida (2tsp)
3. oil (for frying)
4. salt (1tsp)
5. vinegar (1tsp)
6. pepper (1tsp)
7. soya sauce (2tsp)
8. ginger garlic paste (1tsp)
9. onion (2medium)
10. tomatoes (3medium)
11. capsicum (2 medium)
12. soya chunks (50gms)
13. dry red chillies (2to3)
14. chili sauce (2tsp)
15. azinomoto (1/2tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. For Spread:- Take tomatoes, blanch them, peel them and then mash them to make pulp in a bowl. Take a pan, heat oil in it and fry the garlic cloves in it and then add the tomato paste and the pepper in it. Keep it to cook until it gets thick.
2. For Topping:- Take water in a bowl and then immerse soya chunks in it for about 5 to 10 minutes. Cut tomatoes, onion and capsicum.
3. Take a bowl, add cornflour, maida, salt, soya sauce and pepper in it to make batter. Dip the chunks in batter and then deep fry them in oil. Drain them and keep them aside.
4. Take a pan, heat oil in it and sauté onion, ginger-garlic paste in it. Then add tomatoes and chillies in it and cook them for about 1 minute. Now add the chunks with chili sauce, soya sauce, salt, vinegar, pepper and azinomoto. Cook it for about 1 minute.
5. Now take pizza base, apply the paste over it and then add the topping mixture on the top. Now bake the pizza in oven for about 10 minutes at 240 degrees c until it gets crispy. When the pizza gets ready then takes it out from the oven and serve it hot with tomato ketchup.

Prosciutto and Rocket Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Plain flour (2c)
2. prosciutto (12)
3. extra olive oil (for drizzling)
4. feta, crumbled (100gms)
5. oregano leaves (handful of sage)
6. tomato sauce (1/2c)
7. olive oil (1tsp)
8. dried yeast (1sachet (7gms)
9. warm water (1c)
10. salt (1tsp)
11. pesto (to serve)
12. rocket leaves (to serve)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 230 degrees C. Take a bowl, put flour and salt in it. Take another bowl of warm water and then sprinkle it over the yeast. Mix it and then keep it for about 3 minutes.
2. Now take the bowl of flour and salt, make a well in the flour mixture and then put the yeast mixture in the well and mix it properly to make dough. Add oil in the dough and then knead it for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth.
3. Take an oiled bowl, put the dough in it and keep it in warm place for about 1 hour. Make 4 portions of the dough and then roll the each part in circular shape.
4. Take a baking tray, place the pizzas round on it. Spread the tomato sauce over the base, add oregano and feta on the top and then sprinkle the oil on it.
5. Place the tray in oven to bake it for about 7 minutes. When the pizzas gets baked then take them out from the oven and then cut them into wedges. Add prosciutto, pesto and rocket leaves on the top of each wedge.
Make 4 pizzas.

Pepperoni Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Salami, thinly sliced (50gms)
2. pepperoni, thinly sliced (80gms)
3. grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese (1c)
4. mortadella, cut into quarters (40gms)
5. pizza sauce (1/2c)
6. pizza base (30gms)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 210 degrees C. Take baking tray, grease it lightly and then place the pizza base on it. Now take pizza base and then apply the sauce over the base.
2. Then dust the 3/4cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Then place the pepperoni, salami and the mortadella on the top and then dust the mozzarella cheese over it.
3. Now place the baking tray in preheated oven and then bake it for about 20 minutes until the cheese gets melted and the base turns golden brown in color and it becomes crispy. Take it out from the oven and then cut it and serve it with green salad.

Egg and Snag Pizzettas Recipe
Ingredients
1. Pizza bases (4)
2. eggs (4)
3. Jar Napolitana pasta sauce (500gms)
4. chopped parsley (2tbsp)
5. grated mozzarella cheese (1/2c)
6. grated cheddar cheese (1/2c)
7. punnet cherry tomatoes, sliced in half (250gms)
8. cooked sausages, cooled and sliced (400gms)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 200degees C. Take pizza bases and then spread the pasta sauce over the bases and then place them on the baking tray, lined with paper.
2. Place the sliced sausage and then tomatoes on the pizza bases. Make a hole in the centre of each pizza base and then pour egg into each hole. Mix all the cheese and then dust the cheese mixture over the pizzas.
3. Place them in the preheated oven and then bake them for about 15 minutes. Then take out the pizzas from the oven and then dust the chopped parsley over them and then serve them.

Cheesy Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1. Self raising flour (2c)
2. water (1/2c)
3. milk (1/2c)
4. chopped butter (30gms)
For topping:-
1. Chopped parsley (1tbsp)
2. chopped ham (1/4c)
3. ricotta cheese (1/4c)
4. finely chopped tomato (1)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 220 degrees c. Take a bowl, sieve the flour in it. Add butter in it and rub it with your fingers. Mix milk and water and then pour it into the well made in the centre of flour.
2. Mix it well to make dough and then knead it on the lightly floured surface. Take dough and then roll it into a circle of about 1 cm thick.
3. Take an oven tray, grease it and then place the pizza base on it. Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients of topping in it and then put the mixture on the pastry with spoon and leave the sides of the pastry.
4. Place it in preheated oven and then bake it for about 20 minutes. When it gets baked then take it out from the oven and cut it into slices and then serve it with salad.

Quick Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
For dough:-
1. Maida (200gms)
2. oil (2tsp)
3. baking powder (2level spoon)
4. salt (1/2tsp)
For topping:-
1. Sliced onion (2)
2. tomato (4large)
3. crushed garlic cloves (4)
4. oil (1tbsp)
5. chilli powder (1/2tsp)
6. sugar (1tsp)
7. ajwain (2 pinch) or oregano (1/2tsp)
8. salt (to taste)
For spreading and cooking:-
1. Capsicum rings (a few)
2. grated cooking cheese (1gm)
3. salt and chilli powder (to taste)
4. butter (a little)
5. oil for frying
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients of dough and add a little water to make dough. Put the tomatoes in the hot water for 10 minutes. Take out the tomatoes from water, peel them and take out the skin and then slice them.
2. Take a pan, heat oil in it and saute onions for 2 minutes. Add garlic and saute it for few seconds. Put the tomatoes slices, sugar, ajwain, chilli powder and salt and then cook them for few minutes.
3. Now take dough and divide it into 4 parts. Roll each part like chapatti and prick it slightly. Heat about 2 tablespoon of oil in the frying pan. Put the chapatti in the pan.
4. When it gets cooked from one side then turn its side and spread a little filling, sprinkle the grated cheese on the top. Place a few capsicum rings, dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and chilli powder and then cook it for 2 minutes.
5. Place it below the grill until the cheese gets melted. Now it is ready to serve. Make more pizzas in the same way.
