Potato Chips Recipe
Ingredients
Potatoes, Chilli powder (to taste), salt (to taste) and oil (for frying).
Method of preparation:-
Take potatoes, remove the skin from the potatoes with a peeler. Cut the chips briskly by using the chips- cutter. Soak the chips in warm water for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then shift to the colander. Allow the water to trickle down. Take a piece of clean cloth, spread the chips on it and keep them to dry in the sun for 10 to 15 minutes. Dissolve salt in water and keep it aside. Take a frying pan, heat oil in it. Put the chips briskly but carefully into the hot oil. Fry them until the chips turn yellow. Then pour 1 tablespoon of salt solution gently and wait until the resulting noise completely stops. Now sprinkle a little chilli powder on the chips and remove from the pan. Shift the fried chips to a colander and allow the oil to trickle down. Keep them to cool and then put them in a airtight container.
