Cabbage and Potato Curry Recipe

Ingredients
Shredded cabbage (1ib), oil (2tbsp), finely chopped onions (20), cooked and cubed potato (1large), garlic paste (1tsp), ginger paste (1tsp), chili powder (1tsp), coriander powder (1tsp), cumin powder (1tsp), turmeric powder (1tsp), coriander leaves, salt (1tsp or to taste).

Method of preparation:-
cabbage-and-potato-curryTake a frying pan, place it over heat. Heat the oil in it and then fry onion, garlic and ginger paste with coriander powder and cumin seeds in the oil. Fry them for about 5 minutes. Now add shredded cabbage, potato, salt, chili powder and the turmeric powder in the pan with ½ cup of Luke warm water. Cook the cabbage and potato for about 15 minutes on medium low heat. When the cabbage vegetable gets ready then garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with chapatti.
